The most useless branch in the most useless bank. They literally did a criminal background check on me when I asked for a line of credit for my business account that I had for over seven years. When I confronted them they said I had agreed to it in the application for the line of credit in the "fine print". When and if you need anything they all walk around with their hands in the air and nothing but excuses. A JOKE!

The security guard at this bank first talked to me like he was a prison guard by saying ™step back" as I was simply trying to check in and enter into the bank. When I asked why he forcibly spoke with me like that, he slammed the door in my face and wouldn't allow me inside of the bank so that I could make my deposit. I had to call the branch from outside and speak with one of the employees who then allowed me to come inside. I tried to take his picture so that I could post it to this review and this security guard took a swing at me land literally Almost!ost assaulted me. The supposed Manager of the bank said nothing to the security guard about this attempted assault, and scorned me for trying to take his picture from inside of the bank. He stated, that it was "against federal law" for anyone to take pictures from within a bank. I was in utter disbelief that this Bank Manager did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, about this attempted assault by the Security Guard. Utter disbelief!

I have banked with several financial institutions over the years and I am absolutely shocked at how bad this particular TD bank branch is. I have never experienced anything like it. What they are engaged in is the new version of Wells Fargo fake accounts scheme. They are lying to customers to open accounts promising a new account opening bonus and will do anything and everything not to pay it. Not to mention that their motto of "most convenient bank" is actually the complete opposite. I've never dealt with a least convenient bank - they wouldn't let me access my funds until I went to the branch. And even then I still wasn't able to. After several days and several hours on the phone back and forth they said "oh we forgot to remove the hold on your account". It's the biggest waste of time with customer service and with the actual branch, having them punt you to each other to answer simplest question. I will be reporting this branch to BBB. So many convenient banking options in the area to waste your time with these scammers.

I have never had a bad experience with this branch, their beach in Vienna or anyone I have had to speak with on the phone. Their customer service is amazing and you can't beat their hours;,open 7 days a week. I would highly suggest anyone looking for a bank to consider TD. They won't be disappointed!

I have always had excellent experiences with the employees at their Chain Bridge Road location. Once I needed legal papers notarized and instead of making me go to Maple Ave. their Manager used her DC Notary and saved me a lot of time and trouble. I had a debit card compromised by Fraud and their office promptly replaced it for me in a matter of minutes. What can I say. They are friendly and have always exceeded my expectations.

I've been a customer since 2004. I am updating personal information since my move from NJ to VA. My accounts were flagged and locked. I am unable to access any money or get swift resolution after providing the required paperwork. Your 800 number is just referring me back to the branch. This branch cannot assist since the accounts were open in two separate branches in NJ. All I want is results. Unfreeze my accounts with the information provided. Not once since this began has any letter, email, text, or phone call was sent to me letting me know about the issue or any updates on the process. Very disappointing!!

Nothing but hassles. My transactions don't post on time, and when I call for help nobody knows what's going on. It takes them approximately 2 business days to track down a check, and unless you call consistently, you WILL be forgotten. Employees seldom call you back when they say they will, and when they do the response is usually "we're still looking into it". This is no way to be treating people's money. Now I have been driving a mile out of my way to go to the Vienna branch. I've had absolutely no problems with this branch. Why is there such competence in one branch and incompetence in the other???
