Tesla Tyson Corner, Virginia customer service is zero to none. They are the worse in the state of Virginia. They do not answer phone calls or return any phone calls. I had to call head quarter to get any support in terms of delivery or availability. Bought a tesla and had to pick up at this location. 3 days until temporary plate expires and we have not received the permanent plates. Trying to call them to get another temporary plate, but they do not return phone calls. There is no option online to place in the request. Tesla is trying to make everything self-service, but they really suck at doing this.

Edit:I booked an appointment with the service and they transformed the vehicle to pristine condition. Even though the initial condition was not acceptable, they made it right.Original:Pre-sale was great. I waited for weeks to have my car and delivery date kept pushing forward. On the day of delivery, appointments were a joke. But these are OK. The thing that hurt me most is that I received my car with bird dropping stains and scratches. The car was washed but the stains remained and somebody decided to scrape(!) them off, leaving behind many scratches on the hood. The headlight unit was scratched too. That is very disappointing for a brand new car...I asked the sales agent if a discount could be given..he said no. He offered buffing -which will definitely not fix the problem- and replacing the headlight - which is obviously a huge waste of time and money. The only reason why I did not reject the car is that I had to receive it for my tax purposes. Very very disappointing!Wouldn't it be better if Tesla kept the vehicle in pristine condition until delivery?

My visit to Tesla Motors in Tysons Corner left me underwhelmed. While I was initially intrigued by the idea of trying a Tesla, the lack of customer service was disappointing. Unlike the welcoming atmosphere at BMW, Porsche, and Toyota dealerships, Tesla seemed indifferent to my presence. The staff could benefit from learning customer service from their counterparts in more established automotive brands. I'd rate the experience 2/5, as the potential of Tesla cars didn't match the service I encountered at their Tysons Corner location.

While delivery day was smooth once you find the correct location it has been anything but smooth trying to get tags for my vehicle. They failed to send paperwork to MD to register my vehicle. I have called at least 20 times in the last two days and no one answers the phone and all voicemail boxes I have tried several are full. I am beyond frustrated with the terrible customer service.

I had an appointment for a test drive. When I arrived, there were no directions for checking in, such us providing my license information. When I told one of the employees that I had an appointment, the employee said very rudely that he had two customers ahead of me. He didn’t even stop to talk to me or give me any time estimates about how long to wait. Why offer appointments if they are not being used to ensure someone is there to help a customer? I walked out.

I'm so impressed with the process and staff at this Tesla location. I worked with P. Hyung, highly recommend. He took the time to go over all possible options and ensure I purchased the vehicle I truly wanted. He thoroughly checks in and is very passionate about his job. Overall, everyone here was so friendly and informative which was very refreshing.

I had an exceptional experience at the other Tesla store (Delivery department). When I needed assistance as a Tesla customer, the staff at this location went above and beyond to help me. They promptly responded to my request, sent the necessary documents to someone named Richard, and Richard efficiently printed them for me. The service was not only helpful but also delivered with a high level of professionalism and competence. I'm truly grateful for their excellent customer service, and it reflects well on Tesla as a whole. Thank you to the team at this Tesla store for their outstanding support. Please continue and do not operate like Rockville location!

Took my boyfriend and I here for a test drive. We reserved in advance, and was immediately contacted by Tee a staff member from this location. She was extremely friendly through text and in person! She asked if we had any questions before the scheduled date, I did and she answered them all. When we arrived to the shop we asked for her and she was just as welcoming and sweet in person! She prepared us well for our drive and did not try to sell us but encouraged us to really enjoy our time with the Tesla. Would 100% be back just because she made the experience THAT NICE :)

I was so proud to take delivery of Sapphire Sparkle, my 2020 Tesla Model Y, on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, from Tesla Tysons VA. As of today, Wednesday, 9/13/23, almost 6 months after taking delivery, I am still driving on expired tags!On Tuesday, August 22, 2023, after Bible study around 9:15pm, I was pulled over by Charles County Sheriff’s department regarding my expired tags. The Deputy was very gracious, he treated me with dignity, respect and empathy. Indicating that Charles County Sheriff’s department is aware that Tesla Tyson’s is negligent in completing registration, they have noticed that other Tesla owners in Charles County was driving on expired tags. He reassured me that he knew I owned the Tesla I was driving and apologized for the inconvenience. He also stated that he could not contentiously give me a citation, which carries points on my driver’s license when he knew I did nothing wrong. Instead, he typed up a document to support that driving on an expired license was causing me to be pulled over by the police.History of Service RequestsApril 30, 2023, Service call placed to have Sapphire towed to Tesla Service Center in Arlington VA to repair/replace rear driver side tire not covered under warranty. Completed May 1, 2023. Cost $174.36.On 07/13/2023 Connexus Credit Union sent me a 2nd letter, the first dated 6/13/2023, requesting that I provide evidence that a lien in favor of Connexus Credit Union had been perfected on the 2020 Tesla Model Y.07/18/2023, mobile service appointment confirmed for 07/26/2023, requested tire rotation per tire pressure system alert, check tire pressure and condition, interior trim, please reseal door Seal (drivers front), replace low battery. Service Advisor stated that my tires are staggered, measured at 8/32 no trouble found. Quote from service advisor message saved in TESLA app: “Please be advised that the tire pressure system is showing an alert which is what you were probably talking to me about over the phone. I corrected all your pressures. Your rear driver side tire was lower than the others, this may resolve the issue with the alert.” It did not.During my phone conversation with the service advisor on 07/28/2023, he mentioned that he noticed I have a non-Tesla charger, which may be the reason why the battery does not charge. He suggested I purchase a Tesla Charger. Notice the picture of Active Alerts dated 8/30/23:• Electrical system is unable to support all features• Electrical system backup power is unavailable• Schedule service to replace low voltage battery• Tire pressure monitoring system faultTo Aaron, Tesla Service Advisor’s credit, he initiated the contact to resolve my temporary tags issue, replaced my air filter, and added window cleaner. He was on time, very professional, and maintained great communication during the service call. Which was essential as I was at work, and the car was in front of my house.07/27/2023, 07/28/2023, and 7/30/2023 I sent emails to TESLA employees and received a response from Title Services on 07/31/2023 thanking me for contacting them, confirming receipt of my email and indicated the account will be updated according. As of today, Wednesday, September 13, 2023, my account has not been updated. On Monday, September 11, 2023, when I completed my video, I asked my daughter and niece to use their social media accounts to support my efforts to resolve this issue. My niece said to my daughter that I have ‘rich auntie’ issues. The reality is that I have genuine issues. Many of which I have no control over. However, this TESLA issue should not be one of them. This is a situation that can be rectified. I do hope that it does get rectified soon.

The '23 Tesla Model S I bought in January is now $21,500 cheaper to purchase new. Yup, I'm a sucker and this will be the first AND last Tesla I ever purchase. Unethical.

I picked up my new Tesla from this place this morning, and I have to say that I was a little concerned there may be some sort of issue based on some of the reviews. Well, other than my own issues, I had no problems at all. I showed up early because traffic can vary drastically. It turns out the delivery side of the house doesn't open until 10:30am. Despite showing up nearly an hour early, the staff greeted me and told me when they opened in a friendly way. They were friendly at the appointment, and I was in and out in no time. They addressed every issue promptly and without further complication. I would definitely feel comfortable having your Tesla delivered here. Some tips for those who are coming here for delivery.1. 10:30am is the earliest time.2. If you are facing the front of the building, the delivery area is to the right around the side of the building.3. Once you go around the side of the building, there is a sign that can be blocked by other cars in the area and is easily missed. If you reach the back of the building, you have gone too far. Don't go around the back, there is only a narrow alley that you may be going a long way in reverse to correct. The delivery area is about halfway between the front and the back.Good luck, and I hope your experience goes as well as mine did.

I had an amazing experience with Hyun Park. My parents just moved from China to the US. We were struggling with one car and need to purchase one more urgently. My friend referred me to her advisor Hyun Park. He made the magic happen with low inventory across the country. I ordered my car with his assistance on the 16th August and picked it up the next day. With my favorite color inside and outside. Now i am in love with my car and will buy Tesla again for other family members in the future.

Went in for non warranty service. I've been to this location twice for other warranty work. This team has always been courteous and the techs always find what's wrong and fix it on a timely basis. Thank you Tesla for a car that has little maintenance work and service teams that are nice to me ?.
