My recent purchase of a diamond from Tiffany & Co. was truly an exceptional experience, defined by unparalleled customer service and expertise. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted with a level of warmth and sophistication that is synonymous with the brand.
The entire process was guided by a phenomenal sales professional who made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel seamless and educational. They listened intently to my needs and budget, and then proceeded to provide an in-depth, yet perfectly clear, education on the 4 Cs of diamond quality: Cut, Clarity, Color, and Carat Weight.
What impressed me most was the great detail in which all of my questions were answered. Whether it was the specifics of Tiffany's rigorous grading standards (which they grade in-house for superior quality), the transparency of their diamond sourcing and traceability, or the nuances between different settings, the salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable. They utilized visual aids and spoke with genuine passion, ensuring I fully understood the value and unique characteristics of each stone we considered.
The personalized attention, the patience, and the commitment to ensuring I was completely confident in my choice elevated this beyond a simple transaction, it was a truly luxurious and memorable event. Thanks to the expertise of the Tiffany & Co. team, I walked away with a stunning diamond and a wonderful story to tell about the buying experience.

The worst. If you want to be up charged for everything and don't want to see your jewelry for a month, take it to them.

I am so so glad I came to the Tiffany & Co in Tysons today. I am beaming right now, for many reasons. One: I was greeted by a very kind gentlemen, KC, and immediately helped by Saba. I came to the store today with a tarnished silver bracelet I was gifted a long time ago, inquiring about getting it repaired. Saba said it would be $20 but then she proceeded to just polish the bracelet, free of charge, because it was so easy to, since the bracelet had never been worn. And I left the store smiling and so thankful for this generosity. And to top it all off: as I began thinking about writing this review while sitting in my car in the parking lot still, KC came back, introduced himself, and said I
have one of the most beautiful smiles he’s ever seen. No pretense, just genuine kindness. Once I’m able to afford anything from Tiffany & Co (lol) I will be back because of this first, amazing encounter today!!

The store is beautiful, the staff was friendly, and they were helpful in showing me different options without being pushy. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the wait to get helped was a little longer than I expected.

I’ve only used this location for service on a bracelet I’ve owned for over 20 years. They managed to bring my bracelet back to life! Staff is friendly and professional.

We have been loyal Tiffany clients for years, with several pieces from rings to bracelets and necklaces. One of the things that always set Tiffany apart was not just the jewelry itself but the exceptional customer service. We used to bring our pieces in once or twice a year to have them cleaned, and Tiffany’s complimentary service made us feel valued and cared for as clients.
On our recent visit, we were surprised and disappointed to learn that Tiffany is now charging $20 per piece for cleaning. This shift feels less like a thoughtful brand experience and more like an attempt to squeeze every last dollar, which is disheartening for long-time customers like us.
It is no wonder that sales are declining. The new collections lack the timeless elegance Tiffany was once known for, and now even the signature service is being diminished. This is not the Tiffany & Co. we fell in love with.

I thought diamonds are forever except at Tiffany's. Purchased a $7000 ring one of the small diamond fell off within couple of months. When we noticed it was 4months. Took to Tiffany's to get it repair but they said no warranty or guarantee and we had to pay for repairs. Not only workmanship is poor, they don't stand by their products. Will never purchase another thing from Tiffany's.

Today I stepped in for a simple piece of gold necklace. Kevin, the professional sales person sincerely welcomed me, and took out the classic pieces as the Bean, open heart, the knots, smiling for me to choose. I ended up buying an open heart necklace and an open heart ring. During my visiting, Kevin was very helpful, who said he has been working at Tiffany for 17 years 👍. If you like to purchase at Tiffany in Vienna VA, asking for Kevin. Thank you.

My favorite Tiffany & Co. location in the DMV area! The store is absolutely beautiful, but the best part was me and my friend’s SA Kevin!! He was so kind to us and answered all the questions we had when it came to wedding bands, diamonds, and the history of Tiffany itself. I was able to find the specific ring I was looking for as and is now a ring I wear daily. Will definitely be shopping with Kevin at this location whenever I need to make a purchase 🤍

Luxury is about relationships, not transactions. Every piece tells a story, and true luxury brands understand that. My family has long-standing relationships with brands like Rolex and David Yurman, where we are treated like family, not customers.
Tiffany used to be part of that story. I received my first piece from them on my 16th birthday and cherished it for over 15 years. When I recently visited for a simple cleaning, I was told it would be $20 per piece, in an empty store, with no warmth or care.
It was clear Tiffany now treats customers like transactions, not relationships.
As someone starting the search for wedding bands for myself and my fiancé, Tiffany is off the table. Our jewelry purchases will be about building legacy, not just buying something.
Luxury is about meaning. Tiffany lost sight of that.

Unbelievable service from Gary Wang! Purchased two amazing diamond rings from him 5 years apart. The last one he found the only single diamond that fit our requirements in all of Tiffany’s and worked with Susan to secure it competitively!
They are so wonderful and helpful. Texting and helping even on the weekends. (I can’t post a picture because it’s a secret! 🤫)
