I love this Tiffany's location. Every time my husband and I come here, we have a good experience. They keep a record of your purchases, so whenever my husband goes to buy me something new, they are able to pull up what he has already purchased for me, so that he doesn't get the same thing twice. They clean your Tiffany's jewelry free of charge and you don't have to schedule an appointment. Just bring your items in for them to clean. A couple of weeks ago I dropped off 6 pieces to be cleaned. They were ready in 2 business days for pick-up. When I picked the items up, they allowed me to inspect them to make sure they were cleaned to my satisfaction before leaving. I usually like all the jewelry my husband picks out for me from here, but there was once I didn't like two of the pieces, so I took them to the store to be exchanged. The process was seamless. They let me look around at pieces I liked and quickly made the exchange when I was ready to check-out. I love shopping here. It's always a great experience.

Typically we enjoy shopping at this location and have been visiting and purchasing items from here for years.This time, we Walked into an aggressive sales lady who did not show any respect for personal space! The experience was unlike any other at Tiffany’s or other upscale businesses.She was holding my husband’s hand and putting on rings for him!! She interjected every conversation and took over our shopping experience . She asked my husband to text her 3 times before we left the store!!! Maybe she had a crush on my husband or just desperate for attention, but neither one of us appreciated our experience.I wanted to browse more but had to forego of making any further purchases and walked out.It was disappointing to spend $$ and feel so aggravated by the experience.

Sales Staff (I believe his name is Kevin) was very kind - even though he was busy. I was able to buy the ring I wanted in 15-20 mins.

Today my husband and ı were in the store to get me the elsa peretti bone cuff bracelet , ı wanted to make it in person since ı didnt want to return the item back an forth while picking the size or the right shape. The sales lady was kind of negative and not helpful , she was very negative and was acting like she doesnt care , whatever ı was asking she was having an attitude with a short strickt reply! she was just rushing me , and not really being kind, ı have never had such a negative and nervous shopping experience in my life, everybody else in the store were so sweet, even offering treats for my dog , ı ended up buying the bracelet but will exchange it with a bigger size maybe from a different store because ı dont want to deal with her again! I just wish instead of being too kind ı should have asked for another sales persons help so that now ı wouldnt have to drive 2 hours back and forth just to make an exchange!!! Yakks

Purchased a crystal gift online and brought the product into the store to ask about a potential defect, and a female employee told me without even looking at the product, “if you want something perfect, go to Baccarat.” Not the kind of comparative response I expected; disappointing and a bad look for Tiffany.

The store is beautiful, the staff is pleasant, and welcoming. I went into Tiffany's to get a necklace repaired-- the chain had broken. During the initial consultation I was told $60. Then after the sales rep took a closer look he said it was really 2 repairs in one. That the necklace charm had a small broken clasp and that is why the chain had broken and that it would cost $120 to fix (double of what i was initially quoted)! The necklace is a Paloma Picasso X design in silver....the original cost was close to $250(max), the necklace is more sentimental then anything else ( my husband gave it to me a few years back when we were dating). Tiffany is a huge store, they really need to be more reasonable when giving out quotes to get their items fixed. Needless to say, I will be looking somewhere else to repair my Paloma Picasso necklace and will not buy anything from Tiffany's again (well, at least that one store:-)).

I've been here a couple of times, and the sales professionals have generally been cold and unfriendly. Today I called the store to inquire about the inventory of some of their fine jewelry since the website will no longer tell me if certain pieces are in stock locally. After an employee asked if he could put me on hold, I waited for about half an hour before trying again. When I called the second time, an employee finally picked up, breathed into the phone, and then promptly hung up on me without either of us saying a word. I don't understand why this store does not seem to want customers, especially since I've seen and heard similar complaints about the quality of the staff. I'm adding an extra star because I once had a nice experience with one of the back of house employees, but I'm never spending money at this store. Online shopping is the way to go these days.

I have been shopping at this store for over 20 years. This current rating is not for the years but a single experience I had here today. In short I honestly felt like bait to one sales woman. I was there with my sister and had plans to buy a ring for her for a nice day out but also just wanted to quietly browse (I wasn’t sure if I wanted to impulse buy something). This one sales woman followed us around the store, kept aggressively accusing us that we were looking for something in particular, and also seemed to tell her colleagues to stay away from us that we were her sale. This is not the experience I expected. My sister and I left feeling somewhat gross and disappointed that we weren’t able to have a relaxing shopping experience because a woman was desperate to make a sale.

Miranda was a joy to work with, and the whole staff made for a wonderful shopping experience! I knew essentially what I wanted, and Miranda made it super easy to look between options and pick the best one! I was in and out in 15 minutes, and absolutely love the ring I picked!

When I arrived to the store. I was not greeted by a single employee. I waited around for 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. I walked into the customer service room where, Jerrin J took care of me. This young man went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. He was extremely helpful and polite. I can’t begin to explain how this young man turned a terrible experience into a wonderful one. 5 stars for him. 0 for the rest of the staff.

Not impressed. My husband got me a ring for our anniversary. I was hesitating between 2 rings each at about 2k. Sales associate was rushing me after talking to him and trying the rings for maybe 15 min. He was like : ok so which one ?! I felt like he was trying to say come on hurry the time I was there! I'm not asking for a red carpet and I usually don't leave bad reviews and complain but this was awkward. I felt like I was bothering him. The ring is beautiful though !

My husband and I got each other Tiffany's items as wedding gifts. His was cufflinks and mine was an Elsa Peretti diamonds by the yard bracelet in platinum with 3 tiny diamonds totaling .15 carats. After less than one year of wear, one of the diamonds fell out. I brought it to the store and it was shipped off for inspection and assessment to see the cost for repair. They asked for $525 to replace the tiny little diamond (as well as "secure" the other two remaining diamonds and cleaning the bracelet). This is more than 1/3 the original cost of the bracelet. While I think it should be free, I was expecting and willing to pay maybe $100. Over $500 is preposterous. I think big brands think they can get away with this, or just don't really like to cater to people who only buy one or two things. Those one or two things are really special, but it leaves an awful impression when they try to take advantage of something like this. It's a bracelet, it never touches anything but my wrist. If a diamond fell out, it did so on its own. To try and charge me more than ONE THIRD OF THE ORIGINAL price - no thank you. I am definitely never buying anything from Tiffany's again.
