Trans Time Express is an awesome courier service! A mistake was made on our end and I spoke to Scott who took ownership of the issue, contacted the courier who handled the job and they were able to retrieve my package after it was delivered then returned it to me! I am still in awe of their accomplishment and how quickly they handled the matter. Scott and company are consummate professionals, always eager to help, on time, punctual and willing to get the job done. Thank you. The staff at Trans Time Express have always been professional; they offer realistic expectation of courier deliveries and times. They are urgent and their prices are economical. I have worked with Scott and TC who have offered great customer service that has left me feeling not only taken care of, but also confident in the delivery and handling of my documents. I found this company on Yelp.. The reviews weren't great but I was in a bind and they were close by so I gave them a shot... Quick, courteous service and they didn't charge me extra for the extra boxes .. Highly recommend

Maybe not the most professional-appearing couriers, but they get the job done when called upon for visa processing jobs. You will need to call them to remind them when to have your visa/passport picked up from the embassy, but they'll do it and do it quickly! It's great value for the money. They accept major credit cards, cash, and check. They can provide a receipt upon payment.
