(Obviously their trucks are older and not like driving a luxury car - easy to get over that though and the seat was pretty comfy in my tuck).”
“Sherry has exceptional customer service skill and etiquette at this location. I walked in witnessing Sherry patiently and gracefully informing a disgruntled and confused customer. Although there was also a language barrier between herself and the customer, she was able to help the customer understand the conditions of their storage contract. A great solution was offered to the customer to help them save money. My check-out for my Uhaul was seamless and quick. I rented a van that was clean, functional, and came with modern features. Check-in was also seamless, no issues, and I was greeted at the entrance door and escorted out to return to my car.”

“It was, by far, one of the nicest vehicles I have ever rented from a Uhaul facility. The vehicle was very new and clean with a modern cockpit. The staff was courteous and returning the van was quick and painless minus one tiny caveat. Reasonable rates if you aren't logging too many miles.
What I was not a fan of:
1) I had to repeat some information through their verification process, upon picking up the rental in person. I prefer not to install unnecessary apps on my phone for privacy concerns.
2) It was a bit invasive and the "we will call your contact person" step was annoying because I knew it was 6 am where they were located. I'm not renting a Yacht! There should be a less complex verification process because I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for the agent to approve.
3) Some of the steps to continue forward were tiny blue text links, (on a phone amplifies the difficulty) which was very bad portion of the User Interface, considering everything else was large buttons. But thankfully the staff was quick to assist in locating what I had to click on.
4) The sign for where to return the vehicle was past the building and hard to see (too subtle as it should be bright and screaming "Look at me!"). It should also be closer to the entrance so you know that you have to go towards the back. There were staff back there to direct me where to go, but if you did the after-hours drop-off, you might end up a little confused.
All in all, the negatives were very minor and need some tweaking for the overall User Experience in my opinion. But the facility, vehicle, and staff were all excellent. If it wasn't for the invasive verification process, it could have been 5 stars.”

“First Id like to say the man running this place and his family are heaven sent. For people that may not know, this place is very loving towards the community. Today they have food that includes fruits, vegetables, snacks, sodas, juices, oven ready food, bread, potatoes etc that they give to anyone in need. The heart they have for their community was refreshing to see in this crazy world we are living in. If your reading this, and your in the community please stop by.”
“I've received pretty decent service here at this Uhaul Neighborhood Dealer. One time, there was a question of where I'd put the dolley I'd rented and I was initially accused of stealing it, thereby charged the cost to buy the dolley plus some random fees. That was an unfortunate experience, but I was able to resolve this with the owners because they have a working camera where they store the dolleys and, after I described the clothing I wore when I returned the equipment so they could investigate, and called for two days about the investigation, they refunded me all the mistaken charges. Because we were able to resolve this issue without problems and I received superb service the second time I went there (more than a year later), I give them five stars. Mistakes happen.They have a variety of trucks available and useful accessories, such as dolleys and packaging tape. You have the option to drop off your truck rental during business hours or after hours, like typical Uhaul locations. I have found the staff to be friendly and would visit this Uhaul location again in the future for moving and other hauling needs.This Uhaul is conveniently located, but a bit hidden in the community, I'd say. You can find it by searching for local uhaul locations, but driving past it, you'd likely not notice it unless you got gas there and saw the multitude of conspicuous Uhaul trucks parked everywhere in the back and along the sides of the corner Mobile gas station lot. This is likely because the business is classified as a "neighborhood dealer." The Uhaul location - and Mobile gas station - are located at the intersection of Village Rd. and N. Shore Dr., just beyond Baron Cameron Ave.”

“I was able to reserve a truck day of. Went to the gas station and was able to park my car on the side of street. Inside of the rental truck was dirty and smelled and I don’t believe they cleaned it in between. Drop off was also simple and quick. I would recommend for quick UHaul needs.”
