No response after dropping off a car for a damage estimate. The estimator said they would have the estimate back in two days. Then no response after sending an email and phone cal. No followup, no estimate, then they could not find the paperwork for the estimate after a week. One they found the paperwork their explanation was is it is common for them not to get back to customers due to how busy they are.

I broke my left side mirror on my Mercedes and took it to Tysons Collision Center. They gave me an estimate, I paid for the parts in advance, they ordered the parts and notified me a week later when they were in and they took less than a day to replace and repair the damage which included the electronic fix of the cameras. they were very pleasant, they kept me informed, they helped with the rental car arrangements and the price was exactly as estimated. very satisfied. they are under new management and their commitment to customer service is evident.

AVOID AT ALL COST!Time: It took 2 months for few simple fixes. You need to call so many times to get your work on going.Work: My car was not even fixed when I was told to come to pickup. A lot of residue powder on the surface, terrible cleaning job. They event don't check the tire pressure before giving me the car (works involves replacing and fixing wheels)P/s: they commented on the review for fun. No business action was taken.

This is literally one of the best body shops in the country. If you own a Mercedes, Porsche, Audi or Exotic car you’re in luck. Because that’s all they work on.

I worked closely with Josue (Jr) Portillo through my expensive car repairs. His quick responsiveness, professional communication skills, attention to detail and kindness were always on display even when having to deal with the liable party’s insurance carrier. My car looks and feels brand new as well. Kudos to Josue and the guys in the shop. Highly recommend for your car repair.Services: Painting

I would leave "0" stars if I could. If you even have a SLIGHT piece of common sense or half a brain, you will run the other direction! Many of the one and two stars that you see are 100% accurate; and I wish I would've read them before letting MBUSA choose them as my repair shop (for the sake of my warranty). My car sat with them for over a year...I thought it was just me, but after reading some of the reviews, it's just the way that they do business. My repair Advisor Erick Cosme was amazing (he was probably fired because he actually did the right thing, but he was conveniently "moving on"). If you blindly decide to do business with them, keep all of your documentation, and complete an FTC claim. Both with the state and federal government. Trust me. I will also recommend adding a message with BBB, which I will be doing next. They are not accredited with them, but we can still see what's there. If I knew I was conducting business like them, I probably wouldn't get accredited with the BBB either. The manager there responded to my claim stating that my information was inaccurate, but I have all of the email correspondence to everything he "attempted" to counter. He got involved at the END of my workings with TCCC and MBUSA. So even the things that he "claimed," I have receipts for those too...all of the "misinformation that he claimed I have, I have the emails from his employees to confirm. Please, please, PLEASE...if you value your vehicle...PLEASE...I would highly advise that you take your vehicle somewhere else. My involvement with them is incredibly long, anyone looking for details and specifics, let me know and I will fully divulge everything...with receipts and insights that the manager missed. And I am STILL waiting for all of the communications/reports regarding my vehicle from Tysons, that MBUSA said the manager would provide me upon receipt of my vehicle...still waiting... All in all, MBUSA paid for my repairs and to have my vehicle sent back to me, but that was the LEAST they could do (if you know the details)...again, if you reach out to me, I can give you details. The details can paint the bigger picture of the type of fraud TCCC is committing. If MBUSA was smart, they would NOT allow TCCC to be a certified repair shop that customers must use in order to keep their warranties. Go to BBB and the FTC...Godspeed.

This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had when dealing with vehicle repair. It has been 1.5 months so far and still don't have my car back after bumper and grill damage. They estimated my vehicle to be ready to pick up tomorrow, however they added an additional $460 due to part cost differences. Now, we have to wait for the insurance to get back to them which will likely take another 1-2 weeks.......... My brother had similar damage to his Mercedes and his repair at a different collision center took 1 week; so the amount of time it's taking to get my car back is unbelievable. I don't know what's more frustrating, the fact I had to chase people down for rides after my rental coverage ended, the fact I had to chase people down for an update on the car, or the lack of communication with my point of contact at the center. I received 2 emails in the span of this 1.5 month process thus far and I initiated the phone calls the other times. They didn't even contact me to confirm a pickup for tomorrow or to let me know about the additional cost until I called them inquiring about the pickup time....At this point, I'm so up to my ears with this place, I never want to return here again after my car is returned to me. I was sent here by recommendation of the Mercedes Benz dealership in Tysons and will be making them aware of my experience so customers aren't sent here.

Tim's professionalism and open communications provided complete confidence in the team working on my car. $2900 in storage, labor and admin fees with no auto body work completed. On October 10th, 2022 I came to Tysons Corner Collision Center (TCCC) with the intention of receiving an estimate only. The consultant alerted me there maybe reassembly labor, admin and storage fees. I assumed this would not be a problem as the estimate should not take longer than 24-48hrs. My damage was maybe ping pong ball size scratch on the passenger door. The whole ordeal took about 15 days and I ultimately decided to decline the TCCC complete work. JUST TO RECEVIE MY CAR from TCCC they attempted to charge senor calibrations $3300, admin fee $350, storage $95/day ($1425 for 15 days), and $1112.5 in labor. The labor was for removing/reapply applying my front bumper and passenger door panel. The damage was only on the passenger side door panel. I never requested nor was I notified the bumper would be removed. I assume they removed the bumper for the sensors which were fine when I drove the car to TCCC! I declined the calibrations. But because I declined calibrations TCCC would not release my car unless I towed it away from them to satisfy TCCC liability policy.I did reach out to the TCCC GM to help resolve my issues. Unfortunately the response was unsatisfactory. I was offered a wavier of storage fee off my next invoice if I return for the repair at TCCC. I reasonably requested a refund for the storage ($1425) and admin fees ($350) I already paid for. I may have returned for repairs if they agreed to my request unfortunately I never received a reply...Services: Body & Trim

Two cars in two years each car has been a disappointment. First the Porsche Panamera took around 8 months to repair and the damage was not something that made the car not drivable. Still they kept the car dismantled and then waited for parts and then made excuses on labor shortages. Disappointed but were told it would not happen again.Second car went to them September 2022 Porsche 911 and has yet to come back to me. I’ve been told it’s because of a part that was delivered wrong and have been waiting for months for the right part or so they say. I was told a month ago the car would be ready April 7th. Now I’m told they will repair the car once the part comes in. What the heck were they doing all these months???!!Overall super disappointed and I can’t express my frustration enough through this review. If you read this review make sure you choose someone else for your Porsche. They clearly are not proactive, they take days or weeks to respond, I have to be the one calling and asking for updates. Then when they do respond they have the audacity to tell me to call Porsche and inquire about the part. What is their job then?Again if you read this. Choose someone else for your car repair. Don’t be fooled into thinking they will do anything in a timely manner.Update coming soon on when I actually get the car.

It is very unfortunate if I could give this company a zero I would in a heartbeat. It took an estimated four months before I received my car back for a broken windshield and hood damage. Also, they put little effort in trying to get me the car sooner. Each week I would receive these weekly updates via email about the status and wonder is there only one person working on my car and don't they know this is only a reminder of how long it is taking to get my car back. Also, once I did receive my car back I now have electrical issues that I did not have before and refuse to take it back to them (btw, my car is only 2 years old). Car was dusty and dirty, you would think they would have washed it and cleaned it out after four months. There was no help with the insurance company- I had to continually call the insurance company to get the claim resolved and when they issued the final check to the center vs. me- do you know what the center's response was well you need to call the insurance company to resolve it and when I respond back they should do it to verify I paid them, I received no response back. Serious, I just cut you a very large check and you just cant call or better yet refund me the difference. And oh by the way, I did not go into the details of the issues of when my car first arrived and no one explained to me the process and it was weeks before they started working on my car. I am beyond astound that Audi attached their name to this place as the certified collision center. I was thinking oh if I take it to the certified collision center I will get top notch service, definitely not the case. This review is really for anyone who is considering this place at all unless you have nothing else better to do but to wait months or you want really want poor customer service!
