For anybody wishing an update on the homeless guy, he's still there at the time of this review on a 3 PM Saturday, making this place very unsafe. Best to go to another location.

Convenient concept, but its a hit or a miss on if they have flat rat boxes in stock.

The blue button for package drop off is broken (step 1), but the scanner still works (step 2). I heard a beep when it scanned, so I placed my package in the chute (step 3), closed it and a tracking link was printed out. 24/7- nice option to have nearby!
