The passport agent Jazmine is rude, unprofessional and should not work for any customer/public service job . She enjoys sending people back without completing their application. Testing her behavior is must for the post office benefits. She locked the door at 1:15 pm and stays inside not willing to help anybody. I don't know how many reviews it takes for the management to do action about her attitude. if you have any issue with her, call for the manager immediately, NOT a supervisor.

The young woman in charge of passport applications, horrendous. Whoever worked on 6/22 from 1245 to 1pm. She was on her personal phone on a personal call. I walked in with my documents for a name change on my passport and she basically told me she doesn't need to help. She told me to just mail it and that all the information was on the paper. She did not advise me at all. You could tell I was annoying her by asking simple questions. There was an Asian gentleman that ended up helping me do EVERYTHING as he was servicing other customers mailing things out. His customer service was top tier. However, the young woman responsible for passports was terrible, warranting a 1 star review.

Very rude service, and the woman who works in the passport office is very unhelpful. She told me to return the following day at 9am so she could take my application, but never showed up.

Poor customer service. Package delivered in parcel locker but no kiosk slip - ignored for 22 minutes, rang service MULTIPLE TIMES... Came out after they PHYSICALLY HUNT HIM DOWN. Been here over three years and if it's not the Asian lady giving you poor service it's always someone else. This incident has happened multiple times. Lack of standard operating procedure on this site.

Passport office is absolutely awful. I took a wrong turn and showed up legitimately no more than 5 minutes late. I had my paperwork complete, my check written, and my photographs printed. It would have taken the person working 5 minutes to process my things. The office looked empty but she turned me away anyway, simply because she could. Very much felt like she was someone lording power over another human being just because she was able to. I don’t know what was going on in this lady’s life that that was her instinct rather than to show some grace and empathy for someone who was clearly stressed out and anxious. I know that leaving a review for the post office won’t really change things, but it’s worth knowing that this place is likely to be totally unwilling to help you or even show you any humanity!

When I entered, the employee standing at the window didn't even bother to talk to me. When I told her that my cargo was here, she didn't believe me even though I showed her the tracking code at the check-out. she asked me to write on the computer and she believed it when i searched and proved it on the computer. she was super sullen, I didn't know I had to work so hard to get a package!

I see some negative reviews for this post office; I'm not exactly sure what people expect. I can only imagine it's a reflection of the entitlement that so many living in this area have from being blessed with a silver spoon life. I ship things regularly here and I've found every interaction with the staff to be friendly yet quick, with an attention to detail. Customers walk into the post office with this preconceived notion that they're in for some kind of dreadful, bureaucratic experience, and I find that those in line are frequently shuffling their feet, looking anxious to journey onward to the next stop, which isn't really an uncommon mentality for NoVA; too busy to be bothered. I like this post office, I appreciate the work that the staff puts in.

The young female clerk should really have got proper trainings before sitting in the front service area. She behaved NOT like a professional at all: impatient and unfriendly attitude, the way of looking at you, and the low working spirit is simply nothing but terrible. Will try not go to this office again.

I needed help sending some documents to Colombia. The clerk was very kind and helpful. I would definitely come back to this Post Office again!

Terrible customer service. I walked in 5 minutes before they closed to grab a box. One of the workers yelled out "you got 2 mins!" in a very rude tone. Her colleague corrected her and said "actually it's 5 minutes". No apology, nothing, just rude and unprofessional. Don't go here.

Worst post office ever. You get what you need to get done, but just be prepared for incredibly rude interactions. Every single time I go here, the employee that is helping me is so rude which is bewildering. Today, the Asian female employee was condescending and passive aggressively rude to not only me, but other women in line (esp to other Asian women). This location needs to do better with their training and hiring

The clerks are not friendly at all. They need new people who don't have such a rude demeanor.

Front desk women were great (Malia) luckily because our experience with the women working the passport section was the worst. We had an appointment made 2 weeks in advance, we came in and were told that the passport section was closed because the women running it was 'tired' (she was still in the office although) and all she had to do for us was take a passport picture for my daughter. After the photo, she wrote down our info carelessly and misplaced multiple federal document names as well as our federal names. She than gave all the paperwork to a front desk lady who had to take over because the passport women wanted to leave (left with her boyfriend, who came inside the building and was laughing about the whole ordeal) luckily the front desk women was able to fix all the messed up documents and made sure that these very important documents were done correctly. Thank you Malia (It was also obvious that this issue with the passport worker was a common occurrence)
