I have been a customer with Verizon for over 25 years my monthly bills are over 800.00. I took it back to store all very unprofessional. Going back to speak with manager he said he wouldn’t honor what his salesperson said. I have all the documentation. Told me they weren’t a Verizon store and should go to apple. I will be closing all my accounts but will make every effort to educate potential customers. They are LIARS AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. I have waisted 2 days , 4 hours and three reps that keep sending me to someone else. I think I had forgotten there are other choices. BUYER BEWARE - who they are at sales is completely different if any issues arise. I heard a similar complaint about 9 months I should have listened

After not getting helped at the location in Tyson’s Mall(no acknowledgment from staff that we needed help after a 15 minute wait) Decided to take a chance and visit this store. Best decision ever…Definitely should have come here first! My daughter needed a new phone and Azim was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful with all the questions that I had for him. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and my daughter was super excited about her new iPhone 15 pro! Honestly, Verizon is quite lucky to have this gentleman Azim on their team! I will be back to grab a phone and an iPad from him soon.

Wow, where to even begin. Possibly the absolute worst internet and phone provider in the entire planet earth. The worst customer service! They force you to buy new phones because yours is supposedly not compatible with their service, which makes absolutely no sense. They also tell you you’ll be paying one price but then a bunch of hidden fees surface, as well as subscriptions that we never signed up for. So then the first bill for $320 came in, when it was supposed to be $160. We tried solving the issue with customer service but out of the 10 people we spoke with, 0 were able to help us. On top of that they didn’t honor their word for the trade in of our old phones, so we basically gave them away for free and now WE owe them for the new ones. STAY AWAY if you don’t want to be robbed.

Wow! This store does customer service right. Cheery “Hello” and immediate eye contact is the only beginning. They identified my problem and proposed a solution within five minutes. Then they actually listened when I proposed another.

If you want mediocre cell phone service and HORRIBLE TV service, use Verizon.... Have already switched phones to TMobile; Dumping FIOS TV as soon as possible

Kyrie is by far the nicest and most knowledgeable salesman I have ever met. My husband and I went to get a new phone and we came out with one for each member of our family after telling us of a promotion. He saved us even more money by suggesting a few things. Very personable, not pushy and very helpful. He deserves some kind of recognition.

Kyrie Hendricks and Staff are wonderful‼️Had the best customer service with Kyrie transferring six lines (3 out of Virginia who needed immediate help and my Mom whom he will help next week). Kyrie was skilled in offering us a terrific deal in phone upgrades, free phones, military discount, Verizon Credit Card for autopay, insurance and numerous encouraging savings. We also moved our internet and cable to Verizon at the same time. Kudos to a Kyrie. He worked late, came in early and finished the move for us very smoothly. His counterparts and boss were friendly and supportive. We highly recommend this store and employee for a job well done. Thank you so very much.

I had attempted to come back to Verison for FiOS and Wireless service several times, and each time Verizon customer service representatives had failed to port my phone number, each time making it more complicated. This time, I came to the store on Chain Bridge Rd (123) in McLean Virginia. Brian Rivera ordered a phone, managed to port the number, and setup a FiOS account for me. He patiently followed up to make sure I would get all the the discounts I am entitled to. If you want a cool, dedicated person to take care of your Wireless and Internet service needs, Brian is your man.Hadi Bayatpour

The consultant who helped me, Mitch Hames, delivered the highest level of customer service I have ever received. He was extremely pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and receptive of what I was looking for in a new plan and new phone. He worked with me over multiple in store sessions and over the phone to ensure I was getting everything I was looking for at the best price possible. Couldn't recommend him more highly!

I activated a new phone here when I got a replacement through Asurion, Verizon insurance. Almost seven months later I find out they recorded that I “declined insurance coverage” for this replacement phone. I did not decline. I used the insurance. I always choose the insurance. I have been trying to figure out why I am no longer covered and Verizon customer Service reps tell me it comes down to a transaction in this store back in June. I am not a unique case and I have had several unpleasant and misleading interactions with staff here. They do not focus on their exchange with you. They do not know basics about the phones or the plans or billing. They lie. They don’t pay attention. They complete transactions as they see fit not according to written policy.

This store is a scam. I went in to the store to purchase iPhone 14 Pro Max because they had it in stock and overall review was great. Associate named Brian helped me with the process. His attitude wasn’t rude but he was trying to rush everything because it seemed like he didn’t really want to work as he watching world cup on his iPad while working. I told him which plan I wanted to select as I’m switching from another carrier and also told him that I’ll be trading in my old phone. He gave me explanation on how the credits would work along with the Verizon gift card. However, what he explained to me in store was not what was reflected in the bill. In addition, he told me that they had a promotion of free iPad as long as I pay $10/month so I decided to purchase one. However, when I saw the bill, there was a charge of $77. I called customer service Andrew they noted that they can’t do anything in the bill because it was purchased in store. I went back to the store to return the iPad and to get my bill adjusted. Another associate helped with return prices and told me that any fees associated with the iPad will be removed and it should show on the bill within 3 business days. I check my bill after 3 business days and the bill only removed $22 out of $77. I had to call customer service again and had to speak to a supervisor to have the fees associated with the iPad removed. If Brian was transparent told me about all the fees that would really be reflected on the bill, I would not have purchased the iPad. In addition, he told me that he would register for paperless billing and auto pay while I was in store but that also did not happen. I really don’t know what he did in store behind his screen while he was setting up my account. It was complete waste of time to go to the store when everything I needed to waste time again to resolve all the issues that they created. I noticed while I was stuck there for an hour, the associates try really hard to sell their products with hidden fees and overpriced phone accessories especially to senior folks. I would avoid this store as they are not transparent to their customers.
