Visionworks has one of the best offerings! Their sale of 50% off any frame and another 50% off on your lens was fantastic! Most eye place’s will only give you one choice. The manager and staff were great!
I will recommend Visionworks to my family or friends.

As someone who started wearing glasses at age 11, I've visited many eyeglass shops in the many intervening years. Visionworks at Tysons is absolutely the best, in my opinion. The staff is friendly, highly skilled, and devoted to providing a good experience for customers. The team of visiting optometrists who are on a regular schedule are among the best.
The end result is a terrific experience... and, isn't that what we are seeking in a expert vision assistance?

From the moment I reached out, the team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. The attention to detail and customer care was exceptional, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I had a positive experience with the doctor and front desk during my recent eye exam. However, there was an issue with the individual, an older woman, measuring my PD. This person exhibited rude behavior and had an unpleasant odor, specifically of smoke. I believe addressing this concern could enhance the overall customer experience at the clinic.

This store lacks courtesy and professionalism. The employees double book, they always run behind, the wait times can be 45-60 minutes past your appointment time. My initial prescription was incorrect, so I had to bring my glasses back and get a recheck. My 3pm appointment was now looking like 4pm, so I had to reschedule it. This doctor is only there once a week, so another week without glasses. On my first visit the printer was broken so no receipt and no print out of my prescription. They didn't offer to mail it. They never apologize. They are pretty indifferent about service. Once my issue is fixed or refunded. I will not return to Visionworks.

General Manager is very helpful, overall staff will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of even if there’s new issue or concerns that they have never experienced.
Good collection of frames and sunglasses. Will definitely recommend for your annual checks and glasses.
Not location specific but for all visionworks - it is high time they update their software system, every time you book an appointment online it creates a new profile even if you use same email address and phone number every time. It gets challenging to track records. Every visit takes forever to check in and check out. They need some process improvement to increase turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
