Hi everyone, I would like to share my over the phone experience with this nearby Wells Fargo branch. I received an unacceptable service today. I call in about my checking account. I forgot about this account because my mainly use checking account from another bank that I'm very happy and pleased, built a good rapport with me as a customer. After being inform with a customers' banker, she advised me to call the fraud department. Just because I forgot about my bank account. I informed her it wasn't a fraud, it's because I forgot about it. I never know this account because I haven't received any mail or text about this account with monthly statements. Unpleasant conversation escalated. I requested to speak with the supervisor or manager. I was told that the manager was at a meeting. And also that the manager will not able to help and there is no supervisor. I felt that she was rude and unprofessional. I provided my name and my phone number upon the banker's request. She provided me with fraud department to get my full account number. I request for the manager's name and the banker would not provide it. This banker threatened me that she will call the police. I was insulted and just made my morning a very unpleasant one. This banker just decided to end the conversation by hanging up the phone, instead of transferring me to the customer services or fraud department. Seems that this branch do not build customer relationship and rapport. Tell me this branch is lack of good leadership by the branch's associate, Ms. Diana Nest.I will be happy to close my checking account today if I do not receive a call back from the branch manager TODAY!Truthfully, David Lee

I love this branch. They have great customer service every time I've been in the branch. Reuben and Diana are very friendly and have helped me on many occasions from savings bond questions, foreign currency transactions, account history and closing out account. It's always clean and not too many people whe I'm there and the wait is generally very short. Plenty of parking as well.

Im grateful for the service in Wells Fargo McLean branch . Specially after going g to the bank opposite them which is suppose to be a big institution to open a Acct , first the man in the front told me to wait then he called this other rude woman who started talking to me in a foreign language assuming I spoke her language !! I was stunned why do you think I speak in your language !! She didn't even bother to say hello in English !! What's going on with these banks ??! I'm not going into details if you can't even speak English and you assume customers speak you language not only you are rude but you are not fit to work anywhere !! As a result they lost thousands of dollars !! Businesses in this area have gone to far profiling their customers not every one who walks in your business will speak your home country language but we all hopefully speak English unless we ask for a translator ! Insulting to say the least !! Wells Fargo have always been a great bank with taking care of their clients even when it's not making money for them such as notary and other services . Thanks to the branch manager and the lady who does the notary !

I've had wonderful service here every time! The staff is always so friendly. I go here regularly for my small business, and they know me by name. It really put the community aspect in community bank.
