“Such a great place to live, especially if you have kids! The schools nearby are really good, and there are plenty of stores close by for everyday needs. I also love that you can grill at the townhomes—it makes weekends so much fun. The neighborhood feels very safe, and anytime we’ve had an issue, management has been quick to help out.”
“I’m staying here for the winter with my daughter . She can afford anyplace she’d want to live . She has two big dogs . They’re like her babies . This place is even amazing for them . I’m also able to enjoy sitting on her upper back deck and enjoying the view of the Blue Ridge Mountains . It’s so breath taking here it’s like an everyday vacation .”
“Hands down the best apartments I've lived in. Erin and the rest of the staff really care about the property and the residents, to the point where you immediately feel at home. The common areas are always super clean, the bike garage and the gym are amazing. The location is also walking distance to downtown Roanoke, but it's enough out of the way that it's still really quiet. Right by the greenway. Perfect for people with pets, nature lovers, and active people.”

“Since the new management there's been a noticeable improvement in responsiveness to maintenance requests, cleanliness of common areas, and overall communication. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they seem genuinely invested in making this a great place to live. “Allison and Gricelda were very welcoming and helpful. Whenever I needed help with something Allison was prompt in resolving the issue, and Gricelda took so much stress off of me from how well she took care of me and cleaned my room weekly! Very friendly! The location is also very close to all the food places, grocery stores, and gas stations you could need, as well as close to the clinics and hospitals if you're travel nursing. On site laundry was also very useful! If I travel in that area again I would gladly rebook with them.”
