She efficiently retrieved all of my items (Gates hoses and belts - everything was in stock) and even brought out the correct sized hose clamps to boot. “Not thrilled. Have spent a fortune at Batteries Plus over the years (5 cars, a motorhome, 2 jet skis, a golf cart, a boat, etc...). Purchased my batteries online this time with significant discounts for online purchase (18% off, plus $15 off site wide / manufacturer). Unfortunately, when I got to the store for pickup, the battery group that I had purchased (recommended as an alternative, higher CCA battery by the Batteries Plus website) was too large to fit my jet-ski, I had to opt for a less powerful battery of the proper group size, but the cashier was unable to give me the discounts that I had when ordering from the website.”
