Recently got service from this no good company took my money and offered me two cheap free
sells phones turned my service off because they messed upped and left phones with me and saying it's my fault they messed up and cut my service off for no reason I wouldn't recommend going to Vinton va Cricket bad business

I lost my phone while in transit through Roanoke. I went to the Hardy road store and they would not let me buy a new phone. This lady in there said that no phone leaves this store unactivated. I said I'm an existing customer and I can take the phone home and transfer it over myself there is no activation when you are a existing customer.

I have been with Boost mobile for about 4 years now. I like the place and the service. I have really no issues with Boost. They let me each year to get a new phone and make payments. This time I just bought my Samsung galaxy A13 5G. I told her I would get my there if they could beet the price I found online. I new what phone I wanted. They had it in stocks. I told what she had to beet and she did by $50.00. I liked that. I also got some free accessories . I had a pleasant experience with the associate she was able to help me with no problems about anything to activate my phone. I get the low data on my phone. So I can have a cheap bill. The service is hassle free. No issues with drop calls no problem with using the phone and internet. Smooth sailing. So that is why I would recommend the Boost store in Vinton VA.

Terribly company, terrible product, worst customer service. Would give a negative score if I could. Stay away from Boost if you can help it. No one will actually help you and each store is just an independent scam business.
