We went to cookies with the Grinch. It was WONDERFUL. The kids had a blast and they have many helpers on the floor so the parents can relax while the kids use a ton of energy and have fun. I hope they do more events like this in the future!

My kids love this place and love the coaches! They have built so many strong friendships and continue to be challenged to perform at their highest potential. If you haven’t taken your kids there, give it a try! They will love it!

My son had his 8th birthday party here and it was a blast!!! The staff was amazing and his entire class had such a good time! Defy Gravity is such a good option if you're looking for somewhere different to have your kid's birthday party at in the area.

Our daughter was an upper level gymnast whose career ended after shoulder reconstruction. She decided to try all star cheer and visited Defy. Jonathan the owner and all of the coaches have done an OUTSTANDING job helping her make that transition and are top notch! The Ninja program is also great and the best around the Roanoke Valley!

I can’t say enough good things about Defy Gravity. Their communication is top notch which is important to me. Their instructors are all certified and hands on. They really take the time to make sure each person is learning and doing the skills properly. If you want to see your child progress while having fun check them out.

We've been so pleased with the coaching staff at Defy, especially Shannon and Morgan. They are always willing to work with us on schedule issues, getting skills up to where they need to be, and the girls feel empowered and encouraged by them. They let us try as many classes as we needed to feel comfortable signing up long-term. They do a great job managing everything they have to deal with - kids, parents, practice space, etc.

The trainers are very patient and kind. My daughter is a little on the wild side but they continue to work with her and she has really learned a lot. Would highly recommend
