Sam is the man! I came to him with questions and he was very quick to respond. His customer service is exceptional. He was very detailed, professional, specific and honest. He went above and beyond to deliver the answers to the questions I had. I am so excited to switch to First Citizen due to the customer service I received from Sam. He is a banker I know I can trust.
