Worst pharmacy.They stole money from me by making me pay full price for prescriptions that were covered by two insurance policies I have. I told the lady about my insurance, she said”we don’t take either of those”. I got them, went home and called my insurance co. and I was told that Kroger most certainly accepted my insurance and both scripts should cost $2. Iwas charged $30, and they were rude and dismissive. If you can help it please avoid this pharmacy.

E script sent in for 2 scripts 5 days ago. Picked one up Friday. Could not pick the other up until today. Not one time did anyone let me know they were out of the script. No calls, I was even in the pharmacy and not a word. So Sunday I call and they act like they are going to fill the script, but after I hang up an automated call let's me know I don't get my script. Thanks for saying, I don't matter, my time doesn't matter.

Understaffed, wait times are horrible, the employees seem like they're overworked and annoyed with you. I've used this pharmacy for years but recently moved all my prescriptions elsewhere.

I have been shopping Kroger, Hardy Road, Vinton Va for over 40 years. I am mostly pleased with the store & layout except the rest rooms. The Ladies Room has smelled like a cesspool the last 5 times I was in there which was in the early morning. They had just cleaned because the floor was wet. Come on Kroger, I know your better than that.............clean up your act.

Worst Kroger pharmacy ever. The drive thur is always broken. The line is usually at least 10 ppl long. They do not answer the phone stating they are short staffed so you can not call in your refills or check the status. So you have to drive all the way there and then wait 30 mins to an hour for your medicine to be filled. They are short staffed but close everyday for lunch it would make sense to take lunch in shifts so they are able to keep the pharmacy operating. It's time to contact the Dpt of Health Professionals or OSHA. I was on bedrest and pregnant 22weeks and dilating. I needed my medicine my Dr wanted me to start ASAP I called Kroger for hours to make sure the drive thru was open and my meds were ready but no answer. I had no choice but to risk my pregnancy to go and get my meds and was met with a Long line and wait let aline the tech had a huge attitude with everyone

Customer service has really gone down hill at the Vinton, Kroger. Several times I've gone to the customer service desk for something and no one is there because someone is on break. Meanwhile, the cashiers mill around with no customers and won't even call for a manager. I know everyone is having a hard time with staffing, but seeing checkers with nothing to do when you can't get any help and won't call a manager really makes me wonder why I even go there.

On Friday the young folks they have working customer service just They just slap up a closing at 8 pm sign saying due to staff shortage then they close out at 7:20 and go hang out with their buddies up front. The vinton store doesn’t care about customers or customer service anymore

I’m sick of click list not caring about what they put in people’s order, they had the cabbage not in plastic with raw hamburger, constantly getting wrong items and have been given frozen items thawed and warm. Why do this to people.
