Went in and bought a vape. Got to the car and it died and didn't work anymore after 2 puffs. Went in to exchange and she called owner he said "Too bad oh well". would not recommend.

Had to take a cigar torch back due to equipment malfunction. I called first and spoke with the owner/mgr and he told me to bring it into see the problem. When we got to store he quickly and professionally handled the issue with a proper replacement and left with a hand shake. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
