Will not be returning to this location. Walked in as old sprint customers with an already astronomical bill for 2 lines. Then after they took off all these charges our bill was $100 cheaper. Then they told us that we could upgrade, get Apple Watches, and protection 360 all for under what our old bill as sprint customers were, so we agreed and because it was all so poorly explained, we ended up paying even more than before the bill change! Thankfully, the valley view location informed me that the Vinton location is a 3rd party satellite store and that we’re not the only ones who have had problems. Just a shame someone couldn’t have better explained what was going on.

Ok…let me just say if you need to find a cell phone service to switch to where you will def get your moneys worth along with excellent service face to face if you visit the store this is THE place to go! Last night we visited the store just to really ask a question about an apple watch and possibly buy a cover/band for it. We were greeted by Julianna and Jordan and were there til closing and actually a little after closing time as well. Mostly because we had so many questions and just had great conversation with them both. This duo not only answered each and every question we had, but they truly went ABOVE and BEYOND!! I will go out of my way to leave a good review. They were truly THE BEST and I wanted to make sure to actually leave this review to let others know as well. We are LONG TIME Verizon customers who just switched and came to T-Mobile almost a year ago and could not be happier with everything! We were paying nearly the same exact price but didn't get near the stuff we get here. We truly do feel valued as customers! In 11 months we have never had one issue to have to call to speak with customer service but we did need to call once just for rebate purposes just for info and were met with the same professional and courteous service we have gotten with each interaction! I know this review is too long but if you are debating switching companies and are unsure PLEASE just make the drive and go speak with this store! You will not find anywhere else that will educate, and take the time to actually honestly answer your questions. I really hope management reviews these reviews and can monetarily compensate these two for a job very well done! Excellent job again Julianna and Jordan! You made our whole day yesterday! TYSM!!

These guys at T-Mobile in Vinton were tremendous. They go out of their way to help you and work together as a team! Coma was extra helpful and the manager is tremendous! Great job T-Mobile in Vinton, VA.

This is the only T-Mobile location we go to. The service has always been top level. Everyone there genuinely cares about the customer and it shows. Keep up the great work!

Rakeem, Chey, and the rest of the staff especially including the new guy who I can't remember his name atm were fantastic. Other phone stores you feel like they are trying to shake you down for all you are worth but these guys felt like long lost friends. Hell family even. They helped me get exactly what I need, offered tips and recommendations, let me mess with the devices first and actually listened when I said no. They were very clear on pricing and never dodgy. I even returned a device and it was all understanding and smiles from them the whole time. It speaks volumes that they use all the products they try to sell so they have actual knowledge of what they say.

This Vinton store is a real joke, especially the store manager!! We were lied to from the start. Had to fight with these people for a year and we never got our issues resolved. After they got our business they could care less if we were satisfied customers. The manager even kicked us out of the store because he didn't like being called a liar and didn't want to make things right even though he knew he had screwed us over. Good riddance T Mobile!! Now everyone will know just how how non professional the store manager really is. Shaddy low ball, or shall I say no balls!!

Went into the store and they threw a bunch of deals at us so we took them and I even got a new phone since that's the reason I went in to begin with. But after first bill it wasn't right so I called and they said it took a bill or two to see the deal I got. Then after 2 months of bills they weren't right. Fought with them about checking and getting it right for almost a year, when I finally went into the store and found out the deal that they gave me on my phone and 4 other watches, the new girl finally told us the truth about what deal we actually had. The original people never told me what my deal was after I had asked several times, and they told me it should be the one they offered me. They lied to me from day 1 and still have yet to fix it. I escalated the situation with customer care and they said I should receive an email within 2 weeks after. Still have heard nothing from them at almost a month later. Do not recommend this store to anyone especially the people that have been working there for a long while now. They are liars and will make you believe what they want you to till its too late. Sadly t-mobile is junk for service, and is too sorry to stand behind the truth of what they needed to do to fix things. This is the vinton store

On Feb 21,2023 bought a SAMSUNG GALAXY S21FE5G to replace my GALAXY A10e I had used since July 23,2019. The A10e was having battery issues after almost 4 years of great service. The store manager convinced me the S21 would be a better choice than another A model so I took his advice. The S21 worked great until March 9, I noticed it having a difficult time getting connections from T Mobile and staying connected. On March 13, I went to the store to get help with the S21 issues, and a very nice and professional employee checked it out, made adjustments and was told to come back for more help if needed. Unfortunately, it still had the same issues, so I took it back again on March 20 this week for more help. The store manager that sold me the S21 got rude and short with me when I tried to get help, finally got one of the other employees to call the Vinton, Va Police on me. The Police officer came, then the store manager finally came and tried to resolve my S21 phone issues. After a few adjustments and a new SIM card I left. The new S21 still has the same problems, at home as it did. Had to put the GALAXY A10e back in service to have a reliable phone, since the new S21 is not trustworthy. Was told I can't return the S21 to the store after 14 days due to T Mobile policy. The A10e is still performing excellent at almost 4 years old, the new S21 only works at very few locations in at home, usually set up in a window. Very disappointed at this entire situation, also with paying a much higher monthly rate for a phone that doesn't function properly. Never had issues like this when T Mobile was Sprint, which was Ntelos years ago when I got my first phone there. Very disappointing experience.

The management was very professional. When I walked in , I was greeted and helped immediately. I had a terrible experience with a T mobile employee. It was awful. This employee was extremely belligerent, and hostile towards me as well. Even threatened me with a gun . I made a police report . I have to contact the corporate office to give them the complaint as well. I was very upset to find out this young person was an employee of such a great company. However I will be contacting the home office soon as possible.

The people at T-Mobile in Vinton are the absolute best! I think I've been in every day this week with one phone or another for one reason or another and they have known what to do to help me every time. They have been so nice and so kind and so pleasant! T-Mobile in Vinton is the best place to go for mobile service!

I got out of rehab on April 18 . I have internet with yall and can't watch TV at all . I have called the store multiple times and all they say is we only handle bills not service this has been going on for weeks and weeks . Who do I talk too to get this resolved .the only thing yall do get right is the bill ,that Gets collected on time every month . I got a idea put that group in charge maybe they can do something . I'm ready to call the ftc and the bbb over this oh the only thing I can do is watch TV till I can walk again and yall got 1 star because it wouldn't let me give none

I have only been to the Vinton Va. store two times.Rakeem and staff resolved the issue’s in a timely manner and were very helpful and polite so I was very satisfied!

Averie is the best,very friendly, helpful,and,knowledgeable as well,the staff I met is by far better than it was when it was sprint
