They are crooked they offer 45 dollar units only to raise rates every 2 month saying its to better serve customers but when you go and apply for a unit its half the cost then they run it up after 4 months every 4 month i had a total of 4 increases and wasnt a year total stay away from these people

I had such a great experience at this storage facility! The place is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what really made the difference was the amazing customer service. Chris was absolutely fantastic—super friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and stress-free. He answered all my questions, helped me choose the right unit, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before I left. It's rare to get this level of care these days, and I truly appreciated it. Highly recommend this place—and definitely ask for Chris if you stop by!
