I have been banking at Atlantic Union Bank for years and have always had excellent service. The Vinton staff is professional, friendly and they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I have delt with Anita many times and find her to be kind, polite and she always greets me with a smile. Banking at the Vinton Branch is a pleasure.

I rate all banks 1 star. They only stay open until 5pm and normal working 8-5 people can't access their bank after work making it difficult sometimes losing more money to go to your dumb money robbing establishment simply because you don't want to operate for even 1 more extra hour. Tired of these federally funded money/time stealing banks.

Vinton virginia branch the staff are very professional , they make me feel like im appreciated , no matter who helps me with my transaction under that roof i get the same feeling of respect and professional care...If i lived 50 miles away i would drive past any of the atlantic banks to get to the vinton branch....such a well organized proffessional group its so hard to find that level of customer appreciation...

I love the staff. Awesome customer service!! So friendly and actually care about their work. They get to know the customers and their needs. They take the time to help and to explain everything fully. Always ready and willing to answer any questions with a smile. Totally free checking, and low fees for paid services.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you don't want to be outted your hard earned money, then go to another bank! My wallet was stolen and I reported my cards, they proceeded to charge me 10 dollars for a replacement. When that replacement did not arrive at my address on file, I called and let them know they said they would send out another, I asked if I would be charged another fee for it and the lady couldn't answer any of my questions in regards to that. Needless to say I got charged another 10 dollars. Upon calling them, they lied and said I had tried to get a new card on 4 different occasions. I've had the card for less than 6 months! I have memberships at other banks and have not once been charged a fee for a replacement of a stolen card. This is ridiculous. They told me on the phone they had a fee for everything. For example, you will be charged an overdraft fee the second it hits your account, unlike other banks when you have until the end of the workday to have funds in said account. For any additional cards, etc. Customer service was not helpful, on the 3 occasions I have dealt with them. Not a bank I would trust with my money, when at every given opportunity they take yours from you. Please please go somewhere else. Unless of course you want to be charged a fee every time you turn around.

Went to open a new account there...so much b******** Told me i needed a birth certificate to open an account. I laughed and walked out.
