Susan was very helpful and kind. She helped me select a box and then made suggestions on mailing. She taped up the box for me as I was having difficulties doing so. She went beyond the call of duty! So considerate, very professional. I am truly grateful.

James is an amiable individual with a phenomenal and swift work ethic. He delivers the mail amongst my neighborhood and goes the extra mile to leave packages in great condition, too. I never have issues with receiving packages accordingly.
