Stopped in to check out some vehicles for my daughter. The guy that came out was not friendly and rude. Tried asking a few questions about a couple of vehicles and he could've cared less if he got my business or not. The attitude, short answers, and the overall experience was terrible. If you're having a bad day don't take it out on potential customers trying to ask for information. 10/10 would not recommend based on my experience with him.

Had a great experience buying my truck from Vinton Car Connection! From the first phone call to the last handshake out the door the experience was great. Staff were all friendly, professional, and very helpful. Next time you’re in the market for a car, truck, or SUV give them a shot! I’d just about bet you won’t be disappointed!

Just bought a car and I am very pleased how easy everything was. Daniel and Jay are great guys. Not at all pushi and everything went smooth. I can definitely recommend going to see them if you are looking for a vehicle.

Ok I bought a suv from them about two years ago and have had some trouble with it. The car that I wanted to begin with was sold before I got the funds together.I was not too happy about that. They gave me a warranty with it. When the SUV broke down the warranty only paid 35.00 bucks towards the mechanic bill. The total bill was 300.00 . Not so sure about who they have for their extended warranty.

Vinton Car Connection has been a staple in the Roanoke Valley community for decades. Staff is very friendly, professional, and courteous. They went above and beyond to close the sale. I will recommend them to friends/family and look forward to doing business with them again in the future!

I went here to buy a pickup truck,wanted to trade my car. I gotta say this is the best experience I've ever had buying a car. The owner is friendly and welcoming, he gave me a very fair price for my trade and I got an awesome looking truck!!! Daniel helped me with my paperwork, he's a good guy.
