My father has been a loyal customer and use to store his motorcycle in a unit , when he came to get it out, the lock had been sawed into and his key wouldn't even work, he was told he would need to buy another lock and that there was nothing they could do about it !! So please don't put anything that you care about in one of there units

Needed to obtain an important item out of my unit. Have never been late at all on payment. The gate would not open at all. Sign said office was open until 10 pm during the week. Nobody there, nor would anybody answer the phone. Totally unprofessional and extremely irritating. If they are going to be holding my valuables, I need to be able to trust them. This has made me do the opposite.

I’ve been with Winter Storage for three years with no real problems, but my recent experience was disappointing. I called to pay my bill, and the person who answered said, “I’m watering my flowers right now,” and couldn’t help me. I had to call back two days later just to make a simple payment. Not the kind of customer service I expected after being a loyal customer.

Great place to store your items at.
I would give them 5 stars but because of the amount of times I've been checking on the storage unit and notice that the door is left open to the storage facility, leaves me feeling that they dont care about the people that rent from them.
I've gone and spoke to the people in the office but they say you need to bring it up to higher level as nothing is being taken care of.
