Lawonda at Warwick Branch was very evil looking...was not very happy to help Saturday morning... Ask if had restroom and was like "no" straight out. But very short and impatient...very first time opening an account and still wasn't able to help. Just decided to go to Virginia because to get better customer experience

Accidentally discarded my new ATM card. Went in to a local branch and had it replaced in less than 30 min. Miss Monet Graham was extremely polite and professional. She will have been with 1st A for a year in September 2023. Thanks for having great people like her on your team. This was a new branch location with an ATM out front. Parking was a bit tight but I drive a large van. Passenger cars shouldn't have an issue.

Great funding and products. However, no ATMS and sometime they open 3 hours late without notifying customers. A bit unprofessional to open late and not notify customers.

We began banking with 1st Advantage when we accepted a car loan from this wonderful credit union on the peninsula. What started out as just a car loan has blossomed into our primary financial institution handling most of our banking needs. We were so excited when they opened the VB branch on the southside. The customer service is outstanding - All of the branches are helpful and we have really enjoyed working with the VB branch especially.

Crystal Martin is the worst customer service rep of all time. If you record calls, go listen to our conversation and use it to train new hires on what NOT to do.I also spoke with a 'Wanita' afterwards and she was the perfect example of what a customer service rep should be.

I was just at the location in Town Center @ Virginia Beach and Ms. Monet Graham is awesome! I watched her juggle 3 customers by herself while being pleasant, courteous and quick all with a smile on her face. The times I have done transactions with her she’s always been quick, helpful and gave reassurance ! Can’t find better customer service these day, thanks Monet !!! ?

The website is terrible! It is hard to Navigate, and a lot of information is missing i.e. early withdrawl fees for CDs. Every other bank I have checked has it listed pretty clearly.

Let me just start off by saying this is the most helpful branch I have ever been too. Monet Graham was very helpful and assisted us with an issue that has been on going since October last year. She’s a true rockstar and if I have any other issues she will be the one we reach out too.

Reported missed loan payment to my credit report even though payment had been made. Showed proof of payment and they refused to help with having negative report removed from my credit.

I went into this branch to open an new account, I was lied to about not being able to receive a card at that location, waited over 1 month for no bank card, so I decided to close the bank out, really bad service. The reason my card took so long because the clerk didn’t read the application, but as soon as I requested to close the account, the money I had in there was sent in a check within 4 days of me closing the account. Good luck.
