Getting set up with a locker was fast and easy. The huge benefit of having 24hr access is great since you aren't stuck to business hours.

hi i just want to say thank you to Carley for her patience and kindness getting me set up. when you think about it, she may be the only person i ever have to talk to since everything is automated nowadays.....so she just made you guys 5 star in my book! She was patience with an older gentleman trying to do stuff on phone and was so patient and kind. thank you Carley!

I have had a great experience with 24 Seven throughout the years. The staff has consistently been extremely helpful; their professionalism and willingness to assist have truly exceeded my expectations. Whether it's a simple query or a complicated issue, they have always gone above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.Their prompt and efficient responses have made my experience with their services even more enjoyable. It is clear that their main focus is on ensuring customer happiness and they make every effort to deliver...I would not choose to rent a storage unit at any other location.

Paid almost 80 a month to store our stuff. All of it was ruined. Everything was covered in mold and wet. I know it wasn't climate, but there was a gap along the side. We found leaves that had blown into the unit with our stuff.

This has been a terrible experience. I rented the unit online, arrived at the facility, there was a lock on the unit. I called and was sent a code to remove the red lock. Inside the unit was a lock I received free for renting the unit. I didn't have scissors or anything sharp to open the package so I put on my lock I had with me. I was called a few days later and told I had to use the lock I was given free. I felt this was rather strange that a company would dictate what lock you can use but whatever. Then I was charged for the red lock that was on the unit when I arrived. I was to put that lock in a drop box, would have been nice to have this information when I was given the code to this red lock. When I arrived at my unit today my gate code did not work, it read I had not paid my bill. My bill isn't due until the end of the month. I called the online number and was told my code didn't work due to a piece of returned mail. I don't know what happened to the paperless online experience but again whatever. You cannot update your info online so I called. I was ask to send a copy of my ID to a number that is not the number listed online for the company. I told the Alexie that I wasn't comfortable sending my ID to that number because I had no idea who I was sending it to. I ask for an office for 24 seven storage that I could walk into to have my information updated. The woman refused to give me that information. When I ask for the number to her corporate manager she stated it was Carly and they were a family owned business. She 'Ashly' stated she would have a manager call me. I stated that I would like to walk into the facility office again, I was told she couldn't give me that information, someone would call me. Very shady business a one star is giving them credit.

This team is professional, efficient and provides excellent quality customer service. The unit I rented was spacious and very clean. The garage door was easy to open as well. Due to change of plans I never got to fully move in and they helpful and courteous until the very end. They assisted me through a very frustrating moment in my life and they didn’t add to my stress. Oh yeah, when I am settled in, I WILL be renting a space from 24/7 for my summer fun items! They earned my business. Don’t waste your time with competitors. Life is hard enough renting a storage unit shouldn’t be. Thank you!

Great nice and clean don't like that there are no lights in unitAnd that if your there over a hour you get alerted as if im trespassing on the property I pay to store my stuff which I have alot and if i need something out of it and it takes more than a hour to find or get to that should not be something that would alert anything other than that very clean units.

Great experience! Customer service was awesome. I was able to rent a unit over the phone and have access to my unit immediately. They have cameras and the facility is gated!
