i went in about a half hour ago and went to the counter to pay. the only employee in sight was sitting on a chair texting. they didnt even acknowledge i was there. this seems to be a growing problem at this location. the owner/manager should really spend some time here training and supervising before it gets any more ratchet. i waited a minute and just left, leaving the item on the counter, and went to a different 7-11 nearby. the one on witchduck has way better staff.

Ok typically everything is fine but tonight the Puerto Rican/white female & the chinese dude were acting real strange. Lady was looking EVERYBODY that came through the door up & down with a stank face. And the chinese man was so woried about somebody stealing he almost fell over the damn counter. I will NEVER go back. #VeryUncomfortable

Had the lady behind the counter tell me to "let me do my job". I was in for smokes and she was fumbling around them when it was in front of her face the whole time. Coworker just looked at her and me and shook his head. Took my business and $$ elsewhere.

You can't give 0 stars for the improper information and for customer service at this location especially the Asian manager who doesn't even know a good grasp of the English language however I do generally like 7-Eleven and as they often do they have produced the products that are the best because of the systematic order that 7-Eleven has the manager needs education in English courtesy and civility
