Cashier refused to give my boyfriend leafs because i didn’t have my Id but he had his & is of age . i was not purchasing anything or had no purpose of showing a ID if he was the one buying everything & I was away from the register .

Extremely friendly staff that make you feel invited. They are consistently fast and convenient while managing high volume of customers day and night they always stay fully stocked and I love it when they play music in there

This place is amazing, The fountain drinks are always perfect when it comes to the ratio of syrup and carbonation. It's always clean, the staff are always nice. This is the go to 7-11!

Staff is horrible! It’s very sad that they allow unhelpful individuals to work at this store specifically (Zee) she’s a horrible employee. No knowledge of anything or willingness to assist customers. I definitely will be reporting her and this 711 until something is done. She should not represent any company . If I could’ve gave 0 starts I would have but google doesn’t have that option , no sure if 711 is with the BBB or if the customer service numbers handle complaints for the franchises but I will try my best to get these incidents reported to the right individual so something can be done

The night shift employees at this establishment (1100 Independence Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA) are always a pleasure to deal with. They are upbeat, always laughing, and create fun conversation. They are on-point with their food service, as well as their customer service. This is one of the few 7-Elevens in the city I will support, due to such a great working staff.

This is an average 7-11 in the Tidewater area. The gas pumps are older and pretty rough looking. The outside was dated and a little dirty, but the inside was cleaner than many other area 7-11s I have visited. It’s not great, but it’s your average 7-11 in the area.

They never ask for ID then they want to ask! If ABC comes in the store often then you should ask everyone for their ID. The store employees are rude so its okay to break the rules when its convenient for them!
