went there last night there was a sign in the door that said will be back in 5 minutes and the doors was locked well i sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes until the person came back to unlocked the door that isn’t good for the business to do that i know cause i work at a seven eleven we ain’t supposed to do that

After several weeks of not being able to get iced coffee (no fault of the store. It was the warehouse not sending it), a shipment finally came in. You've changed vendors, because it doesn't taste the same. In fact, the new stuff is just plain gross. What a way to turn on long standing customers.

I just went into this store about an hour ago (3:55pm, May 25th), and it was such a difference from the store on Aragona. Both of the cashiers were extremely friendly and very courteous in helping me fill out a lottery ticket for my mother. The store was very clean, and the cashiers both made sure to wish me a happy and safe Memorial Day weekend. They will be getting my business from now on!

The 7-11 on Kellam Road Va.Beach is the best!! I won't go to any other 7-11 now. The customer service is fabulous, best people there, they need to train all the other 7-11's.

I live just down the block from here, and come in on my rollerblades all the time, very nice place, the old guy who works the register during the day is especially lovely, and when I go down there I hope he's working and I don't even know why, just wish the coke flavored slurpee machine wasn't always down, and they started selling "pacific punch" monster again. I may be a little biased since I've been stopping here for most of my life, but 10/10 7-Eleven

Currently working across the street from the store. The staff is always Courteously and friendly. They also speak when we enter the store and tell us to have a good day when we leave. They inform us about specials.

Seems like a typical 7-Eleven gas station that doesn't supply any fuel. The parking lot is very small (about 5-6 space total) on a road right off the blvd. I came by to pick up a package being that this is a UPS Access Point location. Came during the day so not sure how the lighting situation is at night. Machine was a little slow, but got the job done! Also has a donation box in the parking lot.

Wow! A 7-Eleven with no review. It's time to remedy this situation. This is a rare neighborhood store a few blocks off Virgina Beach Blvd. it's a small plan and old building that's not much to look at. Parking lot is tiny. No fuel offered. I found the area and walk up clean. I was surprised for Saturday morning at 730 AM they had a line at checkout with two staff. I just needed to grab a few protein bars and be on my way. The aisle of candy and bars was neat. My checkout was smooth with no issue of using a credit card. The clerk was all business, no smile or pleasantries. A receipt was offered. I would return.
