This 7 eleven has got to be the worst store in all of Virginia Beach. I have been using this store for the last 4 months because it's blocks from my neighborhood. They employees are the rudest and down right disrespectful sorry excuses for a human being. The owner obviously is a POS like the employees or he would do something different after the other reviews I have read and everyone has the same complaint about being disrespected by his employees. I now drive over a mile away from home so I don't have to go into this store any longer. The in your face disrespect that I've been treated with by the night time help is as pathetic as he is. He should be thanking me for not calling the police on him the night he threatened me because I being a single white female was threatened and feared for my life
PLEASE DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF TO THE VERBAL ABUSE THAT WE HAVE ALL RECIVED AT THIS STORE. YOU WILL REGRET GOING INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT I PROMISE YOU.

Summary of this store reviews: poor customer service from management and down. Here's a million reasons why.
Summary of 711 person responding to these reviews: "That doesnt sound right...errr...can you copy and paste these reasons onto this other survey link I have please?"
How many times can you read the same review, respond with "that doesnt sound right" and not question whether you need to get your hearing/reading comprehension checked? There's been like 4-5 years of documented customer complaints over the same issues, and thats the best response you've got? Someone clearly gave up on this place.

Unfortunately the one male employee that works nights is extremely rude and has friends in the store helping him stock and in and out of the counter area. The other male employee who wears a mask all the time that works mornings when the female manager is not working is extremely rude as well. Both do not greet customers, they do not ask if customer need anything else infact they do not talk other than to say the amount we owe. When I walk in and say good morning the only response I get is from the door chime that says it back to me!

Brought a cup from speedway with a 7-Eleven coupon inside because they are owned by the same people went to this location to use my new cup and coupon for my free it was told I couldn't use it at that location because I didn't buy my cup from there but the location where I bought my cup from the fountain was down but my coupon is a 7-Eleven coupon so it shouldn't matter where I filled my cup my coupon should still work but a rude manager at this location told me that I could not use it there when 7/11 owns speedway so I don't understand why my coupon could not be used there when it clearly says 7:11

I went in this morning to get a drink and gas. I went to get a big gulp not one soda was working it was nothing but water. I ended up getting a cup of ice and a bottled soda. I went up to the register where the man is never pleasant he always acts as if you are bothering him. I informed him why I had to get the bottled soda informing him the soda machine is not properly working. Keep in mind this same employee I have informed him of this for 2wks now. He ended up charging me for a big gulp & the bottle of soda. I asked him are u seriously charging me for a Big Gulp & the bottle of soda when your soda machine is not working as I have told you now for 2wks. He shook his head & rang me up for a gup of ice and the bottle of Soda. I said you need to contact someone to have the machine fixed it is not fair that someone has to get a higher priced soda; bec 7 eleven employees dont want to do their job. He went back in the office telling some lady what I said about the machine she said what ever she got a drink didnt she. Not to worry I didnt get my gas there and will not get anything else.

Having not been in 7-11’s for a while I was definitely surprised by the new automatic coffee makers. You can now get a cup that rivals most Starbucks hot coffee for $2.18 out the door. Make sure you grab your free donut, pastry, or muffin with coffee purchase. I actually got yelled at for trying to refuse a free donut.

TBH ZERO stars yet that's not an option. Every time I visit this 711, RUDE EMPLOYEES. For no reason even. You say hello to them and they just look at you with disgust and like you're trash. And I've been here more than a "few" times being I have hope the employees working will be nice. Nope they never are. Maybe keep your bitter employees out of the store
