There was a tag on some items that said 2/$5 so I got them and when they didn’t ring up at that price I told the associate that the sign said 2/$5. She said I had to use the 7 rewards. I put my phone number in and it still didn’t give the sale price. She then looks at them and says they aren’t the same so that’s why it didn’t adjust. I told her that the sign said the brand was 2/$5 and they were all in the same spot. So she goes back to look at the sign and after a minute or two comes back and says the sale isn’t valid because the sign is from June. It’s the middle of October! I said “Then why is the sign still up?” And she just ignored the question so I took one of my items out of the bag and tossed it on the counter away from us and said “Just take one off” and I paid and left. I won’t be coming back in this store again and truthfully you should check into whether the staff is even doing their jobs if they are leaving sale signs from 4 months ago out on the floor like that.

To have one person working in the evenings should be unacceptable. The person here is clearly overwhelmed and her line keeps getting long. And e is very nice and trying but to have one person stretched in the evenings is an inconvenience for your guest and horrible for her!

I purchased an Italian sub, i gave the cashier $10.00 for a $4.99 cost of the Italian sub. As she took my change out of the cash register I had my hand palm up to receive my change and she just put my change on the counter and just walked away.. very, very rude. I won’t be coming back at this location and I’ll do business somewhere else.

Me and my boyfriend got harassed by the employee by the name of Elizabeth, she was following us and staring at us, accusing us of stealing, telling us that they have cameras, we clarified that we weren’t stealing. She kept arguing with us saying that this is Virginia laws, telling us that I looked too young and insinuating that my boyfriend was a predator she didn’t even check my ID to verify my age and just kept saying she looks like a kid repeatedly. This behavior is unacceptable I was in shock that we even had to experience that while minding our business trying to buy some alcoholic beverages.

Just received my order using Active menu and it was perfect!!! Step by step details through your entire order and the driver did what was requested by leaving the order at the door. Very fast too!!

Just stopped in this store to pick up a few items. I was attempting to let the young man behind the counter, I was refilling my big gulp cup. While standing right at corner of the counter, not once did the gentleman look at me to address me. He instead looked past me at the guy coming in to the store. Asking the gentleman behind if he was picking up door dash and let him know he will be right with, yet not a work or a look to me.Wawa is my next stop.
