I come into this 7 eleven location at least once a week. The ginger fellow is always great but there’s a short African American woman who has been rude with me every time I have come in while she’s been there. Extremely snappy attitude. Apparently I asked for the wrong thing today and instead of explaining or trying to help me understand she got snarky and started speaking to me as if I was stupid. I myself am in customer service as well and I completely understand having a bad day or two but I would never speak to people like that and I hate when customers speak to me in that way. I am not leaving this review to get anyone in trouble or even lectured but I would appreciate kindness and understanding or even decency.

This is my go to 7-11 location. Everyone there is nice and all. But the problem I currently have is that they run out of coffee often and will take a few days to restock. And I’m usually nothing without my morning coffee.

Steven is a fairly new employee. He has great customer service skills in this very helpful. Also, he is very efficient at the register.

Was followed outside and confronted by some younger man about loitering it wasn’t until I said I’m just waiting on an Uber did he let me be. Hav in mind my total wait time for my driver was 5 minutes he followed my outside the minute I left definitely not a place to go back the convenience store across the street is much better customer service

I stopped by at 10 PM on January 4, 2024. I witnessed a short thin Black female associate belligerently yelling and cursing at another associate—White and male. She was using very strong, racial epithet and diatribes against him. There was no need for it. I understand the dialogue overheard in the back near the cooler and it was quite repugnant. The White associate left quickly, as I would have too, in having to contend with an apparent unprofessional woman on a character assassination rampage.

This location isn't actually open 24 hours. I just tried going in to buy a snack; a family from India and some old white guy were standing inside staring out the window but the door was locked and the lights were off.

They very clean and friendly and helpful for everything I was looking for its always there or they helped me find it

It's a good little store and they are nice people that work they and it doesn't hurt because it's so close to my apartment.. Also the store is located in the right place and it's clean and it's usually have everything you want to have. But it's a nice store to visit.

All of the employees are great except for the owner he won't talk at all during the transaction and wouldn't even heat up food for me. He insisted on handing me the hardest mini tacos I have ever seen. One of those situations where the owner shouldn't even be a role model.
