This place is a joke. How does 7-Eleven corporate allow this place to stay open? They wanted $36 for 2 packs of cigarettes. It seams as if they just make up prices as they go. The staff is so rude. This is not a 7-Eleven! It's just very rude people using the 7-Eleven good name. If there is a 7-Eleven corporate office, yall need to step in here. Allowing businesses to operate in this manner will crush your good name and in VA Beach we love our 7-Eleven's.

This 7eleven needs to be shut down. I've never been to one EVER that refuses to accept the rewards promotion! So, the drink was 1.79 instead of 1.00. But here's the best part, they charge over 8.00 for cigs that cost 5.50 at every other 7eleven in the area! That's a huge difference! And I've heard they charge over 4$ more for their pizzas as well. Is this price gouging even legal? It would've been over 10$ at this store but when I went to the one like 2 min away, it was the usual 7$! This is nothing but pure GREED and even the locals talk about how horrible that location is. This store is bad for business! I will NEVER go back there.

I have never seen such a bad employee in my life, I used the scan go feature in the 7/11 application, he literally treated me like a liar, took my phone and examined it, called a few places and took photos. The person who reads this is telling me that the Indian employee is really rude and that I should use this. I think you should give him some training.

$5 for coffee that wasn’t even good???? Not cool! Visit the one near Virginia Beach Blvd. Cheaper coffee and tastes better.

I went here to buy a pizza, as there is a nationwide promotion setting the price for a full pizza at $5.99. There are two other 7-Eleven stores within walking distance that oblige this coupon, as does every other 7-Eleven I've been to across the country. Apparently, the management considers themselves above this though. I was charged almost $17 for the pizza. I tried to input my number for my rewards, but they have the touch pads shut off so that way you can't. Instead they ask for your phone number to input themselves, but when they do it doesn't apply any rewards or coupons. The price gouging goes further than just this, as I've asked a couple times why every item in the store is significantly more expensive than every other location I've been to. However, I was met with confrontation each time and after reading the previous reviews it doesn't surprise me.
DON'T waste your money here. I'm genuinely trying to help anybody who reads this review.
Do. Not. Spend. Your. Money. Here.
We need to work together to put these people out of business.

Only went in for a coffee, but it was well priced, and the lady working register was very nice and personable. She cracked jokes with us and was really kind and seemed to be a very happy person despite working at a gas station that I'm sure is hard to do in a touristy location during the summer months.

I work down the beach and head gone to this 7-Eleven a couple years ago. At that point I felt like I was overcharged for everything. Today I went in for a fountain big gulp. They are $1.07 using your rewards number. I buy a lot of diet Cokes from 7-Eleven. Had already purchased two from two different 7-Elevens today. I get there and she rings it up and tells me a $1.80. that in itself is more than all the other ones are charging at regular price. I then try to reach around the items covering up the screen to enter my number. She realizes what I'm going to do and says she can enter it for me. I give her the number and she puts it in and then says $1.80. I corrected her and told her it's supposed to be 107 with the promotion. She says yes it took your number I don't know what's wrong but it's $1.80. I reluctantly paid it but it can't be coincidence that I've only been there twice in 2 years in both times I felt like I got ripped off. This is a good 7-Eleven to steer clear of. All the rest on Atlantic avenue are good. Just an FYI for everybody

Staying at a hotel nearby and this is the closest convenience store on foot and I'll just keep walking next time. The level of price gouging is insane. Store looks run down and dirty, the cashier could not have cared less while he played on his phone chuckling until he became combative when pressed on why a $6 pack of cigarettes was $10 here.

Was working on the ocean front went to this store for lunch and realized everything has been doubled in price basically. My food was 35% more than any other 711. When I tried to get a single black and mild I noticed they had scratched off the price on every individual one and charged double for it, 2 black and milds or cigarillo’s cost 4$ there. Would not go here unless you have no other choice and are dying and something they have will save your life.
