Super nice owner, super nice place, and super Nice Food. I love Chik Filet, but I also think the Chicken Filet Sandwich at this 7-Eleven is extremely good! Highly Recommended

Worst customer service ever!!! Cashier i think his name is Andy. Very very rude asked for fresh wings and refused to cook them. As a customer if I'm paying something I have a right to get good service. He was being lazy period.

Just a warning if you use a credit card for gas at this gas station 711 and 1672 Virginia Beach Boulevard chances are it’s not gonna accept your card. I’ve had an issue with their pumps on several occasions. I have a Gas Buddy card and every time I go there The card always declines I called Gas Buddy and they said no it’s their pumps so they’re gonna take them off that list of gas stations to use. I’ve had problems six times but I go anywhere else and I can use it like I said it is their pumps always try to put the blame on the customer

Oh my goodness I was just in here and the MANAGER WILMA was soooo rude to her employees in front of me told him be make a mistake that he will pay for it that’s wild this store needs to do better ASAP!! Between her and Lyn I’m not sure who is worst and them she was rude to me for taking up for him

Wilma the store manager should be fired.. she has no customer service skills and enjoys making peoples lives difficult.. everyone else that works there is so sweet but they all say the same thing.. she is an awful person.. whoever owns the store should be ashamed that they employ her as a manager

Go in all the time and have used Marlboro coupons multiple times. When I went in today, the coupon wouldn’t work and a lady behind the register said they do not accept those. She refused to help me figure it out and so I lost the coupon because it’s online. What happened to customer service.

I come into this 711 just about everyday as it is the closest one to me. Wilma is extremely rude to not just me but anyone she is interacting with. The ice coffee is never full and it is alway atrociously dirty in there. I’ve even come in there and the doughnut display was COMPLETELY open. The evenings are better because Lyn andSymphony have great Customer Service and it’s about her guy in the evenings who is always cleaning. But the day staff is mostly rudeAnd it is ALWAYS dirty in there.

Came in to make a bowl of microwave macaroni because the WaWa didn't have a microwave.As it was microwaving and old Asian lady was getting ready to waste their coffee that they hadn't sold over the night. I asked if I could put some in my mug that already had coffee but was cold, just to warm it up. Without hesitation when she realized what Inwas asking, she said no, and began to waste enough coffee to fill my mug 3 times over.*Somehow* after following all of the instructions on my macaroni it came out as a solid brick, and as such, was also now waste.Thanks 7-Eleven. Corporate greed never ceases to be predictable as always. Didn't sell something? Waste it. Awesome.

Quick and easy, though hard to get out of the lot sometimes during rush hour. I'm a regular here and everyone seems nice, some people must be curt and entitled. Some of these reviews are racist.
