Went in for a gas, and a couple of snacks. I got a bag of cheese puffs that were stale, pop tarts, and an energy drink. Everything but the chips were good, and the pricing was decent. The gas was also cheaper than Pittsburgh, which is where I'm from, so it was nice to top off for a cheaper price.

This 7-Eleven is close to my house, and I like to go by there for small conveniences but the employees are so incredibly rude that I have stopped going there altogether. If you ask the simplest of questions, they will raise their voice, and or outright scream at you. Also, there are mostly male, homeless people outside, begging for whatever you're walking out of the store with. I have felt threatened and unsafe on more than one occasion. I realize I just described most 7-Elevens in America, but this one is especially bad.

Super nice people always at this 7-Eleven location. Plus, they always have a lot of super good/hot food ready and prepared. (7-Eleven's roasted wings are Awesome!!)

This 7- Eleven is conveniently located from where I work at Hilltop, Virginia Beach. The staff here are the best - always so friendly! Who doesn't love a clerk who greets you with 'Hey hon, what can I get you?' or says, 'OK Sweetie, you have a great day!' ? I like that...and that the store is clean and has about anything I need...and some things I didn't know I needed! LOL like the incense sticks that smell A-maz-ing!!!

This store smells like spoiled milk and has for at least 2 years. Initially customers were told the Slurpee machine was causing the odor but clearly the franchisee nor corporate feel compelled to fix the issue. It's nauseating.

When I went in there I noticed they were very understaffed. When I went in there a rude customer was bothering the only cashier that was in there. She handled the situation beautifully and she is probably the only reason I would come back to this gas station. she has long brown hair please give her a raise. edit: I called the gas station back and I believe her name was Karen.

I just went in there to buy coffee and fuel and the scroungy, unkempt man who works Graveyard is always rude. He yelled at me to not interrupt him while he's talking. All I did is what my money back for the coffee I purchased and didn't get because they didn't have the creamer I liked. He's always rude and makes me feel like I'm inconvenience him. Some time when he's playing the machine and trying to win, he'll ignore customers completely. If it wasn't 2 blocks from my house, I'd just quit going there .

this is my store to shop at and the customer service is superbly great. the employees are so friendly and it makes you wanna return and make their day or evening again
