Extremely rude and argumentative member of staff. He even touched my open food with his bare hands. Will not shop there again.

Everytime i come to this establishment its always some rude Indian guy working the cashier giving the worst attitude over me simply buying items. Don’t recommend coming here try a different 7-11. Corporate needs to definitely take a look at this store.

I attempted to purchase four packs Velo Wintergreen 7 mg, which is a nicotine product kept behind the counter. I made the mistake of telling the cashier, Diane that the product I wanted was located on the left. She responded, “You don’t need to tell me, I work here.” I thought she was joking around, but then she followed up and said “you don’t come into someone else’s job and tell them how to do their job do you?“ I tried to make light of it and said “I thought it might be your first day“ she then denied service and refused to sell me the items. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was the manager, so I left after being denied the purchase. I would highly recommend avoiding this person, Diane, or if you can’t avoid her say as little as possible.

I stopped by this location on Sunday, 11/12/2023 around 11:20AM. I went into the store to pick up some chocolate milk and lottery tickets. When I placed my basket (holding 8 chocolate milk) on the counter the lady behind the counter told me she can't ring them until I take them out of the basket. I thought it was a little rude, but just did it to keep things moving. The lady responded saying I must really like chocolate milk and I responded letting her know it was for my son. I rang out for the chocolate milk on my credit card and then I pulled out $20 and placed it on the counter and let her know that I wanted to purchase $10 worth of PowerBall tickets and $10 worth of MegaMillions tickets. She repeated back that these cost $2 per line and I wanted $10 on each. I agreed that's what I wanted. She came back with $20 worth of PowerBall tickets and $20 worth of MegaMillions tickets and that would be $40. I told her that's not what I ordered. She responded that she couldn't have anymore errors because "customers don't know how to properly ask for what they want." The other clerk behind the counter turned to her and said that I did ask for it properly and that she was wrong. She then turned to me and told me that she wasn't going to help me anymore and I needed to go to the self service since I didn't know how to order. What's worse is even when she said I was wrong she repeated again that I asked her for $10 at $2 per line for both tickets. I asked the other clerk (John) for a manager and he just shrugged his shoulders and didn't tell me. He did get the right tickets for me and rung me out. I take it from his reaction that she must be the manager. The entire time the lady kept saying that she's tired of customers coming in and not knowing how to order stuff. This was one the rudest cashiers I've ever dealt with. This person should not be in any customer service capacity as she doesn't have the temperament or ability to deal with customers. Reading previous reviews for this location seems like I'm not the first person to have this issue with this lady. I've filled a complaint online with 7/11, but as it looks from these reviews they don't do anything about poor management.

I went in today and filled up a medium big gulp with Sprite. Before I put the top on I took a sip. I woman came out of the back and started yelling at me. She said, 'I saw you sippin so I'm charging you twice!'. I thought she was making a joke. People are pretty friendly around here so.... In any case I smiled and she said 'If you're sippin you're stealing!' She was very angry. I realized she was dead serious. I made my way to the front and the gentleman behind the counter asked me as well, 'were you sippin?' I told him this was totally ridiculous and I did not appreciate being accused of stealing. I also told him that if he thinks he is going to charge me for two then he might as well just call the police and I'll just wait. He rolled his eyes at me and rung up one drink. I paid and told him I would never come back. I know it's just a 7-11 but it was an odd encounter. Go anywhere else but here.

Rude. Verbally abusive staff. A very lucky man working behind the counter released is abusive tirade on the right customer. If I'd been the wrong customer he would have needed assistance with just about everything. Forever.

Can't thank you enough for looking out for my lost son after his first day at school. I think he wants to come back and visit when he's not lost this time!

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with an extremely rude female cashier who seemed to have a complete lack of patience and understanding. This individual went on a rant and repeatedly yelled and insisted that I communicate and talk clearer, as if I was intentionally trying to be unclear or difficult. The cashier's insistence on berating me for my supposed lack of communication skills made the entire interaction uncomfortable and humiliating. I felt as though I was being judged, criticized and yelled at for no valid reason.Instead of providing assistance or attempting to understand what I was saying, the cashier's focus was solely on pointing out what they perceived as deficiencies in my speech. This behavior was not only rude but also entirely unnecessary. I have never encountered such a condescending and patronizing attitude from a cashier before, and I was left feeling belittled and frustrated. In a customer service role, it is expected that employees possess the patience and empathy to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers. Unfortunately, this cashier fell far short of meeting these expectations. Rather than making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer, their behavior only served to create a hostile and unwelcoming atmosphere.I hope that the management takes this incident as an opportunity to provide appropriate training to their staff on how to handle customer interactions with respect and professionalism. No one should be made to feel inferior or inadequate by a cashier simply because of how they speak. This experience has left a negative impression on me, and I will be cautious about returning to this establishment in the future.

Gas station is not well kept. Pumps were not working properly a local shouted they haven't worked right in weeks. Staff is rude. Wouldn't stop again.
