Gas pumps not working, went to speak to “Joyce” if that’s even her real name, had a nasty attitude. Pumps taking money and not even pumping the car. Multiple people had to walk in talking to her with a nasty attitude. “The weather” which is light rain doesn’t impact the pumps not working but it may have impacted your attitude.

I could probably fill my tank faster by spitting in it. The pump is incredibly slow; I used half my lunch break waiting for it pump. I used pump 9 on 11-6-25 at 11:45am.

Insane the amount of time it takes to pump 20 gallons of fuel. 15 mins is too long for any gas pump. UPDATE: 10/27/2025 issue has worsened, now the it pumps 1 gallon per 6 mins, so if you have a 20 plus gallon tank guess how long it takes… it’s ridiculous.

Went to deposit physical money to cash app, a service 711 provides. A 711 employee, who was stated as being new at the time, said he couldn’t do it and that only his manager could, which is fine, but he then made no attempt to see if his manager was around. He then refused to try to find his manager and refused this service. Then another guy behind me also asked for depositing services, and in this case he went to find the manager who was literally just behind a door. Now I don’t know if he just felt like after the second person he had to do his job, or if there was racism involved, something I don’t want to claim lightly but it felt like it. Either way, the main issue is that he just didn’t try to even check for the manager, he didn’t care in that moment to fulfill is responsibilities as a 711 employee.

I’m not sure who the Asian ladies are, but they make inappropriate comments and the old one is obviously talking about people in their face. She was staring directly at me and speaking to the lady behind her in their native language. I will be sure to use translate next time to confirm.

Worst 7-11 experience I’ve ever had. Just went to get gas and there was an older lady with bad teeth who was cursing at my wife and I for no reason just because we asked if they had Apple Pay. Idk if she was having a bad day or what but we definitely didn’t deserve that and we won’t be back.

Sign on door stated bathroom out of order. I inquired if the bathroom was out of order indefinitely the lady responded yes. I advise them i was contacting cooperate and immediately did. I took a photo of the out of order sign as I was talking to cooperate the lady watched me for a few minutes before removing the bathroom out of order sign off the door. Next a lady came out and retrieved a stolen store cart from the shed I'm assuming to clean out whatever they were storing in the rest room that prevented people from using it. The reason I reported this store is because they are in a high traffic location and their restroom should be clean and open to the public. They make good money at this location and there is no reason as a 7 eleven franchise they do not have a public restroom. Can't cut cost by not cleaning or making the necessary repairs needed to properly accommodate customers that keep your store in business. Will be checking back at a later date to ensure the bathrooms are open before I report the business to the state.
