I’m not sure who the Asian ladies are, but they make inappropriate comments and the old one is obviously talking about people in their face. She was staring directly at me and speaking to the lady behind her in their native language. I will be sure to use translate next time to confirm.

Worst 7-11 experience I’ve ever had. Just went to get gas and there was an older lady with bad teeth who was cursing at my wife and I for no reason just because we asked if they had Apple Pay. Idk if she was having a bad day or what but we definitely didn’t deserve that and we won’t be back.

Sign on door stated bathroom out of order. I inquired if the bathroom was out of order indefinitely the lady responded yes. I advise them i was contacting cooperate and immediately did. I took a photo of the out of order sign as I was talking to cooperate the lady watched me for a few minutes before removing the bathroom out of order sign off the door. Next a lady came out and retrieved a stolen store cart from the shed I'm assuming to clean out whatever they were storing in the rest room that prevented people from using it. The reason I reported this store is because they are in a high traffic location and their restroom should be clean and open to the public. They make good money at this location and there is no reason as a 7 eleven franchise they do not have a public restroom. Can't cut cost by not cleaning or making the necessary repairs needed to properly accommodate customers that keep your store in business. Will be checking back at a later date to ensure the bathrooms are open before I report the business to the state.

Horrible. No cups matched any lids at the cold fountain. There was an alarm going off the whole time that no one seemed to notice or be concerned about. The cashier didn't acknowledge my hello or thank you. Maybe everyone was having a bad day.

Very racist discrimination at location 7-11 4600 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462. Around 7:30pm 5/28/2022 Saturday, there was one guy were buying a coffee at FreshCoffee vender machine, he told 7-11 employee that there was a roach in the machine (with a key lock compartment where the flavors in there), 7-11 employee asked him “do you own a restaurant…..?), 7-11 employee went on and went on with many racist phrases: “that’s why I never eat Chinese food, they eat dogs , cats and …roach every where…dirty food....”, 7-11 employee was very aggressive and …that customer keep calm..and check out…the 7-11 employee continued shut down the machine and mumbling “maybe last night employee didn’t clean it”…meanwhile many people in the store had heard that conversations…luckily that customer guy left the store peacefully…7-11 employer should review the camera and take action to re-train that employee how to avoid that similar situation and prevent racial discrimination issues in the community…and he should relocate to other location seems like this location is too stress for him to work. Sorry to see him over work!

At 4:45 am I bought gas and was greeted at the door by an employee vaping and a security guard. No coffee was available. I guess not too many people want coffee until 8am in this area.
