This 7Eleven is extremely rude, no one that works there want to work there. These are the most miserable people I have ever encountered. They Do not speak, you walk up to there counter and they just look at you. I can do their job backwards. And also have great customer service. One of the guys said his name was Christian. They are definitely in need of a new job.

After two years of being a loyal customer and spending at least $60 if not more a week at this store, I had an extremely disappointing experience. I’ve always appreciated the helpful and professional service from the ladies working here, but my recent encounter with one particular employee was beyond unacceptable.
When I requested my usual tobacco product, the older gentleman made an error and provided the wrong item. Rather than simply correcting his mistake, he responded with unnecessary rudeness and a blatant misrepresentation of ABC laws. His combative attitude was completely uncalled for, especially considering the situation could have been resolved quickly with a simple exchange.
This experience was disheartening and far below the standard I’ve come to expect after years of patronizing this store. While I did eventually receive a refund, the disrespectful treatment was completely unnecessary and disappointing. This is not the level of service any customer should endure.

We go here to get snacks for the kids often. There is an Asian lady with no patience there. She has yelled, literally yelled, at my kids two times before and today was the third time. I don’t think she’s all there (mentally). When the kids were in line (two 13 yr olds and 10 yr old), she was yelling at some guy who didn’t have 50 cents. The lady was already mad and upset. I was listening to the whole conversation, my daughter asked her a questions and the lady started yelling at her, telling her she can’t be asking so many questions. Long story short, she kept saying “we have cameras”, I went inside to talk to her, and let her know she had made my 13 yr old cry, she was very angry and continued to yell at me. There was no one there above her to talk to. I asked if everything was paid for, she said yes, then rushed to run after me when I walk out the door bc she said I didn’t pay an ice cream, I went back in there to pay. She is absolutely rude, to children and adults equally. She is no longer socially qualified for this job. Making kids cry, arguing with customer, yelling up top her lungs. I know we will no longer be returning there. We were frequent customers but this was the last time.

sone lightskin dude that work there with a little fro gonna ask my child repeatedly did she steal knowing that i paid for it!!! then attempted to call the police! super weird.

This store claims to be 24/7 but after trying several times to ask the clerk why she will not let me in both through the door and on the phone (which she did not answer) she then proceeded to call the police on me for knocking on the door. The customer service here is terrible and I've filled a complaint with corporate.

they do not open 24 hour. yes there are staff working late shift but you cannot enter. why? idk. they should seriously leave a sign that it close and when they open back up. This 711 suck outta the rest.

Always close after midnight. Been there last month after midnight for 4 times always close. I thought it was 24/7?

They lock the doors and act like they're closed around 1am. Plus some lady in there upcharged me because I was getting something less than 2 bucks.

They will steal your money and blame it on their computers.I went in for some snacks and my card got declined even though the full amount went through on my end. I showed the cashier my transaction history, and he said there was nothing he could do.I ended up leaving empty handed. Walked all the way there for nothing even though they took what I had left in my account.
