It's a large store with a big selection. I often stop there when in the area.
However, yesterday I bought their 2 slices of pizza for $4 special. The pizza was markedly undercooked. Implausible that the clerks didn't pickup on that as they were preparing it for the sales cabinet.

I arrived to do a Uber eats order on 23July25 at 758 PM. I waited patiently for the cashier to acknowledge me as she was dealing with a customer. Once the customer left, I said I am picking up an Uber eats. She said it’s not ready yet. I waited. She proceeded to start cleaning, I still waited patiently, maybe someone else was getting the order? Then another lady comes out. Looking at her phone. The first lady cleaning got on the phone talking in Tagalog on FaceTime and laughing with who I don’t know. Again, I ask is my order being worked. I had already been in the store for 15 minutes. After being ignored, I say is the order being worked What is going on? The workers are Filipino and pretend to not understand English and then say Tell the Customer to cancel. I say why I haven’t seen you look for any items I can help. They act confused. “We cannot scan” they start cleaning again And walking around. I asked them are you Ignoring me? By this time, it was 30 minutes in the store And they finally said cancel but not really giving me a reason I believe they were just lazy and the customer had over 17 items and they did not want to look for them. The customer expressed it’s OK if some items are missing, but the clerks still didn’t want to help. This is very unprofessional of the two ladies and I was patient. They’re overall attitude lacked human decency and behavior. Upper management please respond.

Just wanted to have a great lunch with my child. The cashiers are very rude and she would not get off her cell phone when I was talking to her. She completely ignore me and the other cashier o my goodness just not meant to be a cashier at all.I will not be returning.

Horrible customer service. We went in and went to pay for something and the employee Josie made us wait while she was on her phone. Then we walked around to get more items. The other employee was cleaning and was doing her job but we went back to the register Josie made us wait again and completely ignored us. Will not be coming back again.

This is the worst 7-11 ever. I've given them 3 chances and each is an epic disaster. Horrible coffee with grounds, the attendants do not speak English and couldn't understand me and the final one was I needed to use the restroom and she said the door didn't work and handed me a screwdriver to open it! Wha? Put a sign up and call a locksmith!

This 7-Eleven is so cute to me. It just has a catchy external design that is pleasing to the eye and perfectly fits in with its surroundings. The 7-Eleven is clean on the inside. I car wash looked really cool but I didn't not utilize it this time.

My friend and I have, in the past 2 - 3 years, stopped in here daily between 2-3 to get big gulps and snacks. Pre-Covid the bathrooms were very nice, clean and male/female. During Covid the employees took the ladies room and made the men's bathroom for customers. The lady's bathroom is for employees only. Okay! I don't mind having s urinal to look at but when it's full of dark brown or reddish urine?!? Yuck! But still we put up with it because the location was convenient! This past month the door has been "locked"... sorry we no have key. Ugh! One rainy day I took my key turned the button and went in. Hey it's raining! I don't know if I'll make it to the next 7/11 lol! So we used the bathroom and spent our money. Some days my friend will spend 5-7$! That's plenty for the right to use a public toilet I would think.Earlier this week, the sign on the door said use coin to unlock. The room was disgusting! Obviously they've decided they're not interested in keeping it sanitary. A portajohn would be a better choice. No toilet paper, no hand soap and generally germ filled room. Where can we go to take our "potty break" during our daily road trip? Exxon Mobil right down the street! Turns out they have a rewards program too and their bathrooms are so nice!

DO NOT USE CAR WASH HERE!!! MY KIDS GOT STUCK IN THERE AND CAR WASH NEVER CAME ON. VERY SCARY. AND 7-11 NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE WHILE THEY WERE STUCK. FINALLY MY SON IN LAW HOT OUT AND PRESSED BUTTONS TO OPEN GATES. ???
