Disgusted with the way the manager treats people. He does not have any customer service skills at all. The lady cashiers (2) were nice, I hate that they have to deal with that man. If he treat his customers with disrespect I wonder how he treats his employees. Will not come here again.

The guy with glasses and no hair could use an attitude adjustment. I'll take my business across the street to Royal Farms. They know how to treat people WITH RESPECT.

At what point does the owner train his employees to become better at customer service. The employees do not acknowledge that you are there. The owner seems disinterested in helping as well. I will no longer patronize this establishment as it is a joke. Fix your establishment and hire good people

This location has awful customer service. Employees are clearly just there for the check and don't care what they are doing or how they act to customers. A customer shouldn't have to ask an employee standing right next the the register doing nothing to get on the register and help the 9 people long line and other employees out. I'll take my business across the street to the new royal farms.

They keep this place really clean. Interior is modern. The coffee is always hot and full. Plenty of fresh cream and sugar. The Slurpee machine has an LED screen, if you're into that. Cashiers are friendly enough. Great location for me.

Tried to get prepaid card from this establishment. Alleged manager/owner refused service saying he wouldn't waste his time to help me. Pretty sure he has a anger problem as he was rude to the cashier as well. Usually, I have good experiences with this place. Worst customer service from incompetent management. Dont bother asking for help from them.
