Not only is it way overpriced they try and change prices at the register. Which I always thought was illegal. If you can, boycott this independently owned store. Corporate is way better.

They sold me stale coffee that I could not drink. Along with selling me expired king size peanut M&M’s. It sucks cause the location of this 711 is perfect for me out of convenience but the quality of the contents inside just is not worth my money, my time, or my patience. Very disappointing.

Cathi is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered consistently at any customer service shop. Just a few moments ago, a fellow in front of me asked for a receipt. She retorted, “What’s the matter?? You don’t know how much you pay for your cigarettes?!” She then printed the receipt out of annoyance and gave it to him. When I went and made my purchase, I put in the number for 7/11 points and she slammed her hands on the desk in disgust and annoyance. She has been like this *every* time I’ve had the misfortune of stopping here, which is often enough to know she’s a problem. Avoid this 7/11 and if you see Cathi working, turn around and leave. Management should take seriously the complaints people have shared about her and make changes. I won’t be going here again.

Cathy always puts her phone number in everytime I purchase my stuff and steals the points. She doesn't even ask if I have an account with 7 eleven, which I DO!!! She needs to be fired.

Terrible service. Everytime I come here, cashier Cathi always has a terrible attitude especially if you ask for a bag for the multiple items I had bought. Please, if you don't like your job, Cathi, stop working here then.. wish I can give this place a Zero Stars.. on 10/29/24 at 5:45pm. She always has a bad attitude..

Rhianna, the manager, works very hard. She tried her best to do everything leaving minimal work for the employees. She's always polite and understand.

The cashier in the morning Cathy the older short heavy set short Caucasian woman is very racist has the most disgusting nasty attitude as if she hates that job and hates people only greet and talks to the white customers does not acknowledge or pay any attention to anyone else a minority or black that comes in does 7-Eleven I have been going there for years and go there during the day at all different hours and have countered many different employees there but this particular one employee Cathy is as if she's always having a bad day it's just so frustrating when you go in there early in the morning and your morning is going good and you look at her and you say good morning and she acts as if you're not even standing there does not even talk or say anything back does not tell you how much your total is she does not bag your things in a bag at at all but you see her in Iraq and socialize with every Caucasian customer that enters the store this is very disturbing especially for this area in Virginia Beach

This store is horrible, actually worse than horrible. I went in and the young men working were blasting music. They don't acknowledge you. The slurpee machine never works, and the store is filthy. You stick to the floor in spots. I went in a few weeks ago, and it looked so bad I left. I will drive to Rosemont and Va Bch Blvd for a clean store and better employees. I was talking to a manager at another store I went to, and she said people have been complaining constantly about that store.
