I called two weeks ago to line up a hotel stay before we cruise at a place that keeps cars. Connie was so amazing but she retired and now we were dealing with Marian Atterberry. She sent over a link to book a motel. I replied with a few questions and got a response answering none of my questions. I replied again and got a response answering none of my questions and she was frustrated because she said she'd have get a new quote. I am so glad I didnt book because the hotel didnt keep cars for over 8 days and our cruise is 12. She was given all this info....my husband has emailed with NO response. Customer service is dead. We will try the Va Beach Blvd office this week.. ....??

I went to the Landstown location on 1/20/24 to get some suggestions for all-inclusive resorts for a trip for my family for later this year. That day Wanda H. was the agent in the office. Our initial interaction was great. She was very personable. She asked for us to give her a couple of days to research some places that fell along the lines of what we wanted. She emails me 3 different suggestions to 3 different Caribbean locations on the afternoon of 1/23/24. I review them, and the next morning when I get into work, email her back stating we really liked one of the suggestions and asked for additional resorts to review in that same country that were similar so we can make sure we didn't see anything else we may like better. 1/28/24 comes around and I still haven't received anything. I shoot her an email kindly asking if she had come across anything else and that if she hadn't we wanted to go ahead and get the process started to secure dates for the initial place we liked before the prices rose too much from the initial quote we were given. She emails me back late afternoon 1/29/24 with two more suggestions and asks for the info of all the guests going on the trip and tells me she can hold a reservation for 24 hrs. I emailed her back and said thank you for the additions and that we would review them, gave her the info requested, and asked her if I could schedule an appointment that upcoming Thursday 2/01/24, to come in and make whatever deposit and sign whatever I needed to. I never get a response after that. At this point, I'm over it. I ended up going to the Va Beach Blvd location and was luckily helped by a wonderful agent who took her time with me and I walked out THAT SAME DAY with a secured trip booked. And to this day, 2/05/24, I STILL have not received a response from Wanda.

I came here to transfer my membership. Robert made the process easy. The office has plenty of travel booklets and maps for out of state and foreign travel. I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee.

I was stranded with my truck for four hours and could not get a tow truck to tow me. I talked to four different AAA agents and could not get help. I finally got my own tow and paid for it myself. My wife's car broke down six months ago and it took three hours to get a tow. I have been with AAA for years. They used to be good. They are no longer the same AAA. I will not be renewing my membership.

Refused to tow me on a saturday night, so i had to call another company. The other company towed me home, just for AAA to come out the next day to have to tow me to the repair shop. Apparently if it is daytime, they have no problem towing you, but at night you are on your own.I reached out to there customer service person, and have never been able to actually get her on the phone.And yes i am a AAA member.

Triple A is great. Ive locked my keys in car they were there in 15 min unlocke my doors and im gone. You can track them by phone to see where they are. You cant go wrong with triple A.Ive been a member for 42 years never had a problem with them. Go tripe A.

The service provided by AAA is second to none. However, having moved between 4 states in 5 years, it has been a convoluted and frustrating process of long hold times, promised call-backs that didn’t happen, conflicting information, non-communicative AAA offices that don’t exchange information, etc. AAA Tidewater finally got it sorted out (I hope) and my fourth set of new cards this year are in the mail

Doors are always locked. No one ever returns our calls from this location. The VB boulevard location is much better.
