Was told late afternoon possibly tomorrow.
Vicious circle.
Do not recommend waisting your gas.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR INSPECTION. April/May 2025 - There is a new inspector/or policy here and it goes way too far. You are 100% guaranteed to fail inspection. My truck failed inspection in April 2025 for a host of issues. I went in and met with AAA and the inspection State Trooper and looked at it on the rack. The State Trooper agreed 2 issues were not fails.
Today I took my daughters car in. It also failed on a host of issues including the turn signals were the wrong color! They are OEM! They also found major and expensive issues. I'm not sure if I want another State Trooper meeting or just take it somewhere else to be inspected.
DO NOT GO HERE.

This place is a rip off!! Took my car in for inspection and check AC. They came back and said my right headlight was not installed properly. They want $120 to fix it And they said my refrigerant was low and wanted $500 to add. And she said they put a failed sticker on it. So I paid for inspection and left. Checked sticker and it was not failed. So off I went. I guess they saw a woman come in and $$$$ lit up. Beware is all I can say😔

WARNING: this place does not honor their 7-year battery warranty even after just under 2 years. Our 22-month old battery failed to start the car after 10 days (in COLD weather) after having not been driven. Their computer said the battery passed the required minimum threshold. Kendra said they were willing to go to arbitration if we wanted.

Got my oil changed last week. Over the weekend, I noticed oil leaking from my vehicle. I took it to a different auto center today to see what the issue was, and was told my drain plug was not put back in correctly resulting in the leak. To confirm the leak was only coming from the drain plug, they had to drain all my oil costing me $84 for a fresh oil change. Won't be bringing my vehicle back here for service despite being a AAA member.

I took my car to AAA to have it inspected at my dad’s suggestion. It had been inspected last week and failed. I seriously questioned the reason for the failure as I wasn’t having any problems at all with my car. Kendra was super friendly and so reassuring. I dropped my car off yesterday and received a call today. Kendra informed me that the state inspection was complete and all I needed was windshield wipers!!! I was so excited I almost cried! I went from what would have cost me $350 to only $55!!! I am so grateful to AAA and their employees for being so courteous and professional. They really saved me so much time, money and aggravation! I've used this care center twice and both times was a great experience! I dropped my car off on Friday afternoon a couple of weeks ago for their springtime road trip prep special, and they did a fantastic job and had it back to me early the next morning! When I arrived they let me know I had a turning signal light out. I brought it back this afternoon, again a Friday, to get that fixed and they had it back to me in less than an hour! The staff are super friendly and they do great work, highly recommend.Services: Wiper blade installation

Tried to a car inspection. Left my car with them in the morning and was told it would be done by this afternoon. Called them at 4:45pm and was told it won’t get done today and they could possibly get to it tomorrow. Unfortunately this was my only day off and I need my car to get to work tomorrow, so they completely wasted my time. I will no be going back to this business.

I recently requested several repairs on my vehicle. I called around to get quotes for the exact problems AAA VB Car care center discovered. Two local businesses were outrages with their rates. AAA car care center $2700 and Christian Brothers $4500. What a discrepancy. I ended up taking vehicle to The Car Shop their rate was $1800. 00 and they not only did the repairs, they not only did repairs, they did all requested plus some extras at no extra cost. Did the job in one day.
