Justin and Kimberly are amazing they walked us to our storage unit and left us with no questions to ask because they explained everything to us. They are conversationalist educational generous enthusiastic what more do you need especially with a storage. Thank you Justin and Kimberly y'all made our small move enjoyable during hard times.

Absolutely the worst storage facility in the planet. The rest of these people giving it 5 stars are either boys or on drugs. Our storage has tons of roaches coming into it from the one next to us, has a leak or some sticky substance coming in from the other unit and the roof is ripped to shreds and doing water damage. When we confronted the front office their response was “that’s unfortunate “ and did nothing or offered nothing to rectify the situation. They’re lucky if we don’t take all the proof and escalate this issue. We cannot move our stuff from here any faster.

Besides having some great people in the office the grounds themselves are kept up very nice. Justin and Christiana are so friendly and helpful. So far such a great place to store items.

So I needed a place to store some things in the Virginia Beach area So I gave them a call and I went over and they had a unit for me right away and I was able to move my items immediately. The lady in the front who signed me up was very friendly and extremely helpful as well and I was extremely tired so I really appreciate that... It is very easy to just pull a truck or vehicle right in front of the storage garage and load your items quickly. The units are very well priced and a good value overall I believe so I would definitely recommend this location if you need to store things.

Our Church has several units with Storage Mart and every time we had any problems they were always professional in dealing with us and they always responded quickly.We have decided to downsize with some of the items we have been storing off site from the church is the reason we are getting rid of one of our units.

Having relied on storage mart for the last ten years I had high expectations for this location as I've always experienced phenomenal assistance with my storage needs. Christiana provided top notch assistance expeditiously and with an infectious positive attitude! Good luck finding a store manager as competent and friendly as Christiana!

10/10 would recommend using StorageMart.Christiana and Justin are outstanding. Very professional, personable, and helpful any time I've ever had a question or situation that I needed assistance with. The facility is very well kept and clean, and overall the right choice for what I needed.
