We are very happy to have found this place! Rachel and Bri have been excellent and very helpful! Very warm friendly atmosphere and the staff there is extremely knowledgeable.
We brought in a vintage platinum ring that we wanted the diamond reset in and to have sized. They took great care not to damage the original engraving inside from a ring that is a family heirloom and well over 100 years old. Well done!
We also had two diamond and emerald rings resized and a stone changed out. The rings looked beautiful afterwards! We were told years ago that because of the emeralds in the channel setting the rings could never be resized but the staff at Adele Diamond proved that wrong and did a great job!
This is a long review but we wanted to capture what a great experience we had. We are also having them build another ring and sapphire pendants for us and I can't wait to share pictures of that in the future! This is a great place with a great staff and very trustworthy. You can count on them to do a good job!

My fiancée and I work near by and we needed to look for wedding bands so we decided to head over to Adele Diamonds and we were helped by Bri, she was so awesome and accommodating and met our budget perfectly. We were only there for 30mins and we got both mine and my fiancées wedding bands. Wonderful atmosphere and customer service.

This is my first time ever coming to this amazing store. My boyfriend got me a sterling silver beautiful wave ring for our anniversary and it was a size too big. Rachel was kind enough to give me extra attention since it was our first anniversary and first time here. I am a huge ring fanatic and they mean the world to me, I wear my rings everyday so i need them to fit perfectly and Rachel took such good care of me. I highly recommend this store and their amazing service!

Six out of five stars for Adele Diamond! I'm very pleased that I chose them rather than the national brand stores. The owners have created unique designs with fair pricing. My engagement ring prongs were bent, and my husband and I decided to get a new setting. Wow, I am over the moon with my new ring! They offer so many styles and ideas! I had the pleasure of working with Emma who is knowledgeable, warm and gave very personal service...highly recommend you ask for her when you go in to their Lynnhaven Mall location (they have three stores). Emma texted me a 3 D image of the ring, and I couldn't stop looking at it until the real sparkler came in!

I could not boast more about Adele Diamond. Ashley was very thorough on communication and kept me up to date on the process of customizing my fiancés engagement ring. Every step of the way was explained with ease and she made purchasing this ring through them an amazing experience.
