I had a quick and great experience at Advance today. I came in for a new battery replacement. James(I hope I remember your name correctly), he was a nice young man, installed the battery and made sure it worked before I left.

Sorry for my poor translation in advance, but if you are looking for help and are struggling with English, the staff here have been very accommodating to my friends. I have written down the make/model/items needed on a piece of paper for my friend to take to the counter, and the staff is very helpful. My thanks to the staff for answering my questions about availability for parts, supplies, and assistance with always having great customer service. Hopefully, the additional information I translated above could be helpful. If I could speak Urdu, French, or Polish, I would also translate. But my brain won't allow it! ?
