I had a pretty disappointing experience with this auto shop. They wanted to keep my car longer than they originally promised and didn't communicate with me at all throughout the day. I had to call them to find out they hadn't even started the tests and that I'd have to leave my car another day, which was not an option for me. In the end, I had to take an Uber to pick up my car because they wouldn't leave my keys like they'd originally offered before, but now it wasn't an option due to some insurance issues. Overall, the lack of communication, time management and customer service was really disappointing. The Lady at the front desk was really nice though.

Don’t do it. I brought my car here to have new catalytic converters installed. I supplied the parts INCLUDING the gaskets. Come to find out they didn’t install the gaskets with the cats so now I have exhaust leaks. I took it back several times only for them to finally replace one gasket (not both) and I still have leaks. I’m taking it somewhere else at this point. I’ll pay more but at least they’ll do what I actually ask them to. Only thing I would recommend for this place is their tires. They do quick work for cheap on those. Anything else, just save your time and money and go elsewhere.
Edit: Actually I take back the thing I said about tires. Put a tire on my wife’s car and the belt detached less than a month later.

I ve been a customer ofAll About Auto for about fifteen years and i love these guys.
i ve been coming to them all these years with major and minor car problems and i can always count on them to resolve any issues i have with my cars efficiently ,promptly and at a fair price.
I love dealing with Chuck and Billy because they are courteous ,knowledgeable,professional and the most important thing of all HONNEST(they will never try to upsell you or recommend something that will cost you money and is unecessary,as a matter of fact i ve gone to them many times and suggested what needs to be fixed only to have them show an alternative that would cost me way less than what i was suggesting)
I really believe that the secret to their success and why their shop is thriving is their honnesty and their belief in doing a good job at a fair price.
keep up the good work guys ,you are the best.

This man (Billy) is the goat!!!! Had an issue with my finances truck and he immediately without hesitation let us come to his shop and he fixed it right away. No bad judgement, no hate, and no b.s !!! he went straight to the point of the problem gave us a quote after fixing it and we were on our way. I can’t thank this man enough for what he has done. it was late and he still managed to help. This guy deserves all the praises

I'm from N.Y. and find it incredibly difficult to find good mechanics around here that can
1. Do proper work
2. Not charge an arm and a leg
I often get a lot of 2 without 1 included
This place was quite the opposite
Basically put, they did better quality work than many of these high end mechanics shops, were more helpful, and were very humble with the end price.
I think I found a good shop I'll stick with.

this is the best mechanic in the area for prices and quality. i am so fortunate to have found a mechanic in this area who was genuinely helpful and genuine about the issues and prices with my wife’s vehicle, also the communication and responsibility was unmatched!

I hit a pothole and popped my tire today at the intersection VB blvd and First colonial. I was so lucky to pull into this business. They were so kind and immediately came out and changed my tire. Great guys, honest, fast, great service! 100% recommend.
