We have in recent years found Jeremy at All Things Green for our irrigation system requirements. He is very knowledgeable above pinpointing the problem and repairing in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

LITERALLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!AND MISREPRESENTATION OF THE PRODUCT.IF I COULD GIVE A 0 SCORE, I WOULD.From the first contact last September ‘22 when we needed a small area of “Canine Turf” at our new home, to this past month, All Things Green’s Customer Service is literally the worst I’ve ever experienced w/a company. And I’ve been in the Cust Svc industry over 30 yrs.First encounter with ATG. It took repeated calls for me to even get someone to call me back & that was when I was a prospect! The ONLY reason we ultimately ended up going with this company was no one else could get the product in right away & we needed it ASAP for our dogs’ outside area. I was VERY CLEAR that we wanted what we had for the past 13 years at our other home, & that was canine turf that drained all over & NOT just at various drain hole points & had Microban. I literally said this multiple times & he confirmed that’s what we get.When he arrived w/turf samples, he tossed them down on the ground for me to see. I immediately flipped them over & stopped him. It did NOT have the all over drainage as I specified since it was pet urine needing to drain. He started back peddling & said that was all they carried, to which I reminded him that I repeated told him what we wanted & he confirmed that was what they had. Lie #1. The SYN 70 turf we got did NOT have Microban. But at this point, he KNEW no other local company could get us any product right away & they had some remnant pieces in their warehouse-so they had us in a tight spot. We figured that we had no choice but to move forward. However, I made it clear to him that I was not happy with what I felt was a “bait & switch” sales tactic despite how very clear I was with him & Corey in the sales office.Installation: they brought 2 pieces of turf with them & I could not believe my eyes! They were different colors of green! When I pointed this out to them, they acted like they didn’t see a difference. They claimed they were from 2 different lots of turf rolls & would get more of the color I picked between the two. So, it begs the question…..if you have more of both of these “different lot rolls”, WHY would you pull product from 2 different sources, let alone for such a small job. Incompetence.During this Spring weeds & grass started growing all thru the turf. We couldn’t pull them due to the root depth & can’t spray w/weed killer as that would be toxic for our pets. So began Rnd 2 of frustrations getting someone to call/email me back. Corey, the office manager is the absolute worst. She NEVER answers the phone or returns emails. I reached out on a Friday morning & left one v/m. Followed w/an email late that afternoon after no one called back. That Friday, I called 4 different times-NO ONE ANSWERED the phone.I tried calling again the following Mon. - Wed. So, I decided to block my # & call again. Wow, Corey finally answered the phone & true to form she had all kinds of excuses as to why she didn’t call back. She scheduled Josh to come out that Friday morning between 8-9. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. I called the office. No answer. I left a v/m, emailed. NOTHING. Still calling Mon/Tues but no answer. FINALLY Corey calls me late Tuesday afternoon w/excuses, again, & threw Josh under the bus claiming HE was supposed to call me back. She promised he would come out 2 days later. REALLY?He showed up literally at the last minute. He, like Corey, said we should NOT be getting weeds & would reach out to his manufacturer for a resolution. He said he would call me.Once again, days pass & I hear nothing. I call. No answer. I leave a v/m about Josh not calling me back as promised. 3 hrs later he calls. He tells me what they will do as a remedy. He promised it would happen sometime the following week. Guess what? No one showed up! I texted him. Crickets but I got a read receipt.I have given up on this company. Still another week later & no one has called or followed up. They are literally the worst!!!

I was referred to this company from a friend who had some work done by them. It looked like they did a decent job, and they were very happy with their work. My wife called to set an appointment and they said they were booked out a few weeks, but she said that's no problem and set an appointment.On the day of the appointment, they were supposed to arrive between 8-9. She waited until 9:30 or so then called to get an updated ETA. The person she talked to said she would contact the Rep (Matt?) and get an ETA. She never called back so my wife called again after a few hours and got a voicemail. Left a message and never received a call back after several call attempts. Sorry I don't have the names as my wife made contact with them.I work in the service industry and know the importance of customer service and communication; this is why I have been successful. We were willing to give a second chance even if they couldn't make the appointment, but they would not call back. In the end I am disappointed that it didn't work out but glad we didn't do business with them as I don't know how they would have responded any issues we had with work they may have performed.Because of all of the above I would not recommend doing business with them.Update response:Yes it was a month ago but I am just getting to the review. I understand it is your busy season and expect delays but with follow up. Unfortunately, it was one way phone tag, no voicemails on our end. I wish we could have worked together because it looks like you all do decent work.

Could not be happier with the bocce ball court, horse shoe pits and custom railing that ATG installed. They were very professional and courteous through the installation process and followed up to make sure we were happy with the work. A+ all around. Best value and quality care By far. Installed irrigation system and transformed the backyard, literally doubling the usable square footage. Looks great. They took from my rambling ideas and made it clean and tight. Highly recommend and Corey in the office is super professional and prompt. Super happy with ATG.

All Things Green is my go to irrigation company. I have used them for years and they have always been amazing. I've referred them to clients and friends with similar results. When I first started using them our irrigation system was a hot mess. Jeremy pulled out some magic and got it all sorted out quickly. I was expecting to have to start from scratch. We had All Things Green come out to do hydroseeding in our yard 2 ago after we had an inground pool installed. We were so happy with the results! This year, for over 3 weeks we have called and left several messages as well as gone to their website to ask for hydroseeding again for another of our rather large backyard. We have yet to be contacted. We would welcome a call back and feel that they are a great company, just need to concentrate a bit more on getting back to potential customers.

When you can get them to call you back, their work is great! It’s the process of calling to beg them to get out to your house and then follow up with a quote. They are too busy to respond and after all the moneyand referrals given to them, feels very disappointing.Services: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
