If I could do 0 stars I would. DO NOT store you belongings here. I had an entire house full of furniture to include but not limited to beds, 500 dollar mattresses, sofa, appliances you name it I had it. All mattresses were kept covered by due to them being stored behind other items that were being used often in a back and forth motion I can only imagine they somehow fell off causing easy access to a clear rat infestation. All items shown had to be discarded and taken to the landfill because who would allow their family to sleep on such filth. I repeat DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. Insurance wouldn’t cover rat infestation this is a allsafe issue and they informed me there was nothing that would be done. What great customer service you all have.

THIS COMPANY IS VERRRYYY !!! UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNAPPRECIATIVE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS , I RENTED FROM THEM FROM 2006 TO LAST MONTH WHEN I DECIDED IVE HAD ENOUGH , YOU WOULD THINK IF YOU SPENT 10,000 PLUS WITH A COMPANY OVER A 10 YEAR PERIOD,THEY WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS , BUT NOT THEM, WHEN THIS PANDEMIC HIT , THEY OFFERED NO DEFERRED PAYMENT , AND NO RELIEF AT ALL THIS COMPANY ONLY CARES ABOUT THEIR BOTTOM LINE , DO NOT RENT HERE !!!!!!! AND THE STAFF IS RUDE , I HAD TO ACTUALLY ARGUE WITH A STAFF MEMBER CAUSE I WAS DUMPING BOXES FOR RIMS I HAD PURCHASED ,FOR THE TRUCK THAT I KEPT THERE , GO FIGURE WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN !!!!
